Pozuelo de Alarcon Hotels with Wifi

"I think it has the cleanest and largest rooms of any hotel in the Pozuelo area. However, the location is a little inconvenient, so you will have to rent a car or take a bus to downtown. However, if you want to enjoy the Pozuelo area, I think this hotel is perfect. I stayed here a total of two times with my parents. We did not have breakfast."

"El hotel se encuentra a algo más de 17 minutos (coche) y 40 minutos (transporte público) del centro de Madrid (Intercambiador de Moncloa). Dispone de aparcamiento en superficie y subterráneo totalmente gratuito, lo que lo diferencia de otros establecimientos hoteleros que repercuten en sus clientes dichas tarifas. Cuenta con varias pistas de pádel, lo que hace más amena la estancia. En sus instalaciones, dispone de: cafetería, restaurante y servicio de buffet (mención especial merece el chico del restaurante, que tuvo la amabilidad y deferencia de calentarme en el microondas la comida que traía de casa, lo cual es digno de agradecer). En resumen: como notas positivas, destacaría junto a la ubicación, instalaciones y amabilidad de su personal, la tranquilidad a la hora de conciliar el sueño. Como notas negativas, destacaría el servicio de recepción (una sola persona para atender a 10 personas, es insuficiente) y la mala insonorización del aire acondicionado. Al no disponer de un techo registrable en el baño, no se puede acceder a la unidad interior para limpiar los filtros (deben estar totalmente tupidos de polvo). Requerir la presencia del personal de mantenimiento del hotel, no vendría mal para solucionar este pequeño contratiempo durante los meses de verano, donde el calor aprieta. Por lo demás, genial. Experiencia recomendable."
