But the house is also very suitable for families with children, as they can quickly reach the beach due to the excellent location of the house near the beach and are therefore not dependent on a car. And all the shops for daily needs can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.Since the well-maintained residential complex is mainly inhabited by permanent tenants, it is always nice and quiet and there are no loud party nights like in many other complexes.The open-plan house has two levels and is furnished for 5 people. It is 95 square metres and appears particularly large and airy because the ceilings slope upwards so that it is never hot and stuffy even in summer.
