"This place is a party hotel, and if you are put in a room next to the rooftop bar, you’ll get no peace until very early in the morning when they shut the music off. Additionally, I had an issue with the lock on my door. I waited for them to send someone up to fix it, but after a while I gave up Because I wasn’t waiting at the door the repair man didn’t fix the door so when I finally came back, the door still wasn’t fixed this wasted hours of my day. The location of this hotel is really good essentially right on the beach, but there are a lot of other drawbacks that make this place, not ideal "

"After entering the hotel, it makes a very nice impression, the common areas look nice. The rooms are much worse, especially the bathroom. Breakfasts are ok. A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach."

"Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge.
Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card.
Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it."

"I was very friendly received at my arrival and the staff were always helpful and premature during my stay. The room was very clean and clean, but the establishment has come somewhat in the years – a renovation or at least the exchange of individual furniture would be desirable. The electricity supply worked only after a few trials reliable. Unfortunately, I could not take the dinner and morning meals, but in the morning, alternatives were friendly offered. A pleasant stay with a small improvement potential"

GGuest UserDas Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstück ein Traum. Am Pool waren immer freie Liegen zu haben und es wurde extrem auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geschaut. Mehrmals pro Stunde räumten Mitarbeiter am Pool oder in der Lobby kleinere Unordnungen auf und wischten die Tische ab. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Eine Nacht war etwas Baustellenlärm zu hören und Geschrei vom Nachbarhotel, aber was will man am Ballermann erwarten. Wieder erwarten waren eher weniger Partytouristen, sondern auch viele normale Urlauber da

WWwtknoyb itsjustmeIf one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi.
10 minutes stroll to the beach.
Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma.
The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

GGuest UserBreakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays.
The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment).
The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is ”uphill”.
What really bothered us about the ”service” was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐
Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area.

AAnonymous UserIs seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel.
Fantastic view from the rooftop bar.
The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone.
The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough.
Would recommend this hotel.
