An older hotel. The price on Ctrip is very good, but the sound of the TV in the next room can be heard clearly. It is not far from the train station and there is a McDonald's opposite. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is big enough.

Guest UserEverything was great, the only thing they could improve is the soundproofing of the rooms since the room faced the street where there were entertainment establishments and there was quite a bit of noise even at dawn.

The location of the hotel is zaragoza train station, which can be moved by public transportation bus, and the surrounding sightseeing places are walking distance. Cleanliness and comfort gave a smile. Although not fluent, even if I tried to talk in English and Spanish, I felt like I was waiting and trying to help. Even when I checked out, I showed the train ticket and was worried, so I left my luggage and set a time plan! The service is the best. Currently, the best hostel I want to come back to during my trip to Spain!

Guest UserDid not realize there was more than one NH in Zaragoza so went to wrong one. Staff at the Gran were outstanding from reception to bellhop to car park attendees to breakfast. Shame rooftop is not utilized for a pool / sun deck. The Gran would have been impressive in it's day but is in need of renovation. Location great. Stayed 4 nights.

Hotel in a quiet area, modern, well located, near the shopping centre of Gran Casa and about 20min walking from the centre and the basilika of the Pilar and with tram stop at the door. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough for two people, good temperature of hot water and good pressure of water that is very important for me. The bathroom was a little deteriorated, with typical silicium a little dark and regularly remasted, as well as the crystal, always insufficient in most hotels so that the water does not leave the bathroom. We can't comment on breakfast because we only take accommodation (there are enough places around to have breakfast at a reasonable price).

sofia gomezI booked two connecting rooms and they gave us two rooms that were close together but not connected at all. One room was a decent size, but the other was tiny. There's only an elevator to the first floor. The entire reception area is under construction. It's a very old hotel, although the rooms have been renovated. Walking down the hallway is scary—poor lighting and outdated.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is right by the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The facilities are relatively basic, but I guess most European hotels are similar. What really stands out is the excellent location, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

We stopped for a rest stop on our way from Madrid to Andorra. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the beautiful cathedral just outside. We arrived in the evening and were walking the city. There were at least three police cars parked along the road, which made us feel incredibly safe! The room was a bit small, but for the price, why bother with bikes? At least the chain's standards are pretty consistent! The check-in staff was average... they asked for my Madrid postcode and phone number... I've never been asked for these things before when checking in??? Parking requires scanning a QR code at the front desk, and exiting the garage also requires a manual code entry. We didn't realize it, thinking it would open automatically once we drove in, but we realized we had to enter a code. The garage door isn't a roller shutter, but an automatically opening gate, which almost hit our car as we were driving up the slope. And the water level in the room was incredibly low... I've never encountered such a low level of water before.

A basic hotel that to sleep on a work trip is good, with parking right in front.

Dusty room (dust balls coming out from under the bed), very old bedding, mold on the shower walls, very dated in general.
On the first two floors the hotel hosts (illegal) immigrants. They're hanging out in the lobby area, the hallways and the cafeteria. This gives a rather uninviting atmosphere (although there were no troubles).
