Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2.5 km from the edge of the forest, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. For shared use: large garden with plants, swimming pool angular (13 x 5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: small, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking space n 5.2 (limited number of spaces) at the house on the premises, public car park, public parking on the road.
