After a change of ownership in July 2023 and numerous modernizations in terms of the furnishings and equipment of the holiday home, we are now renting it out for the first time.Haus Seebrise for non-smokers is located above Lake Userin and impresses with its bright and friendly interior, which offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor you will find a light-flooded living/dining room with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and an open, fully equipped kitchenette including an induction hob and dishwasher. Entertainment and communication are not neglected, thanks to the LED television, a DAB+ HiFi system with Bluetooth connection to your smartphone and the freely accessible public WiFi network. A bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet are also on this level.The open gallery in the attic houses another bedroom with two single beds. On the south-facing terrace and in the front garden, garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue invite you to relax.A parking space directly adjacent to the holiday complex is available to you.
