"het verblijf was uitstekend alleen was het spijtig dat we geen kamer hadden met balkon. Hierdoor hadden we op de kamer wel maar een heel klein raampje dat zelfs niet volledig kon geopend worden. Ik weet nu niet wat jullie toegewezen gekregen hebben of de afspraken waren bij het vastleggen van het contact want ik kon niets in het contract terugvinden wat het kamertype was. Als jullie een vaste toewijzing hebben van een aantal kamer bij Burgfrieden zou het toch goed zijn wanneer u ook het kamertype kunnen vermelden bij het afsluiten van het contract."
