When checking in from the front desk, the staff was warm and caring, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the central air-conditioning and smart equipment were convenient to operate, the bathroom was dry and wet separation design was reasonable, and the makeup remover wipes and disposable face towels were also prepared. "This B&B is located in the popular Banmu Tea Garden, a popular tourist spot in Ziyang. The wooden cabins are reminiscent of treehouses in a fairytale. The setting is stunning, with towering pine trees and a blanket of greenery outside. One cabin serves as a study, and there are two tea rooms. Roses are in full bloom outside, making for beautiful photos. We arrived on May Day, and since we were right next to Banmu Tea Garden, we could relax in our room in the afternoon sun. Then, around 5 or 6, when the gardens were deserted, it was quiet and I could enjoy the beautiful scenery all to myself. The service was excellent, too. I requested a few extra bottles of water, and they were delivered promptly. The breakfast was unique and healthy. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again."

The other is that parking is difficult. The hotel parking lot is a shared parking lot for several hotels, 100 meters away from the hotel."

"When I came to Ziyang, I came to Huamao B&B. I was generally satisfied and my parents were happy. On the first day, I watched the sunset in the afternoon. In the evening, I ate fruit snacks on the viewing balcony. The family chatted for a small day, and then listened to the sound of the wind bell. It was so pleasant to blow the mountain breeze. Wake up at 5:30 in the morning and watch the sea of clouds on the mountain behind the yard. The sunrise is beautiful. The flower mother-in-law in the No. 3 yard is enthusiastic and cooks very well, especially the handmade steamed buns that are steamed the next morning are delicious. I know that we love peppers and fried a plate of green peppers that I planted. It is very delicious. Thank you for your hard reception. We have been busy and hard since we left."

"The stay was really disappointing, the main problems focused on front desk service and facilities management:
We booked three rooms for a group of four, of which the price of a city-view double room was obviously higher than a certain type of twin room, but we encountered a lot of pushback at the front desk when we asked to adjust to the same floor. Even if it is clear that the difference can be made up and the room type can be downgraded, the other party is still vague, until we repeatedly insist on barely coordinating, the whole communication is inefficient and lacks the sincerity to solve the problem, making the family members of the peer feel uncomfortable.
What is even more dissatisfied is the elevator incident: when the elders returned first, they were trapped in the elevator for a long time because they didn't understand the elevator needed to swipe their card to start, and they were trapped for a long time when they pressed the help button, and finally they were able to get out of trouble by opening the door for other passengers. When we returned later, the front desk staff assisted in swiping the card, and turned to the colleague to roll their eyes. This contemptuous attitude completely ignored the feelings of consumers, especially the elders.
Admittedly, the hotel's breakfast and pasta provided at night tasted acceptable, and the room service sent razors, slippers and other responses in a timely manner. These details are worthy of recognition. But as a service industry, the communication efficiency, emergency handling ability and service attitude of the front desk are the core. This experience is greatly discounted due to these problems, and it is really difficult to recommend.

GGuest UserThe service is OK, looking at the picture to book the standard room, the result is that there is no chair in the room after the check-in, no wardrobe, the mobile phone signal is very poor, the TV is basically unable to watch, the window is outside a wall, the air conditioner is not strong, the bathroom drainage is also very poor, I often stay in the hotel, I have not encountered this very non-standard standard room, not as good as a special room with dozens of yuan in the field.
