To my surprise, because of my physical condition, I couldn't sleep on a bed that was too soft, so I asked the front desk if they had a firm bed board. To my surprise, the front desk said they did and immediately notified a staff member to come and change it for me. The service was truly impeccable."

"The hotel has a good location, and the surrounding restaurants and transportation are very convenient! There is a bus stop not far from the door, which can lead directly to the high-speed rail station. The room you booked has a river view~ The room is spacious and bright, hygienic, no smell, plenty of hot water, clean bedding, and the bed is super comfortable! The pillows and quilts are so soft! The sister at the front desk is very patient and answers all questions. Stayed for two days and it was cleaned every day. It was a pleasant stay!"

"1. Not bad in an ordinary hotel! The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was comfortable, and it was close to the bus station. Although it had no characteristics, it met the basic needs of accommodation.
2. Ordinary hotel with good value for money! Health is in place, Wi-Fi is stable, there is a convenience store downstairs, short-term stay is very convenient, no problem.

"This hotel offered good value for its convenient location.The room was spacious and clean, and the daily towel change was a appreciated touch. It is also very close to malls, bus stops, and shops.
However, there were some significant drawbacks. The windows in my room did not close properly, leading to a lot of street noise early in the morning, which disrupted sleep. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the hallways, as some guests seemed to smoke inside the building despite rules.
Overall, it's a decent option if you prioritize location and space, but be prepared for potential noise and air quality issues."

"The room was newly renovated, fully equipped, clean, and quiet at night, and breakfast was included. There are many restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient. The receptionist was beautiful and very welcoming during check-in; she even offered to pour tea for me while I waited in the lobby. The other receptionist was also beautiful and welcoming during check-out, and she processed the invoice quickly. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip."

"I heard this hotel is the best in the area, and the staff were indeed very warm and attentive, providing impeccable service. However, the sofa in the room had many stains; the hotel should have removed it and cleaned it thoroughly. Leaving it there unclean made me hesitant to sit on it in my pajamas for the entire stay. Otherwise, it was quite good. I've stayed in many hotels in this small town, and this one was generally quite good. 👌"

"The location of the hotel is okay, close to the highway and convenient for travel. Life in the surrounding area is also convenient, shopping and eating are no problem. TTalushaОтель расположен в центре. Для гостей предоставляется трансфер от вокзала, мы заранее списались в трип ком, потом перешли в вичат и нас встречали. Очень приветливый персонал, сразу заселили, помогли донести вещи. По всем вопросам помогали.
Территория закрытая, тихо. Наш номер был в отдельном здании. Просторный номер, есть вода, в холодильнике йогурт, на столике мандарины - бесплатно. В ванной гель и шампунь, мыло, зубные щётки, бритва, шапочки для душа. Имеется чайник с заваркой и холодильник (в этой поездке почему-то нигде нет холодильника, поэтому акцентирую на этом внимание).
Удобные кровати, по две подушки на человека. Одна из подушек имеет эффект памяти, очень хорошая. Уборка каждый день ссо сменой белья и полотенец.
Завтрак с 7, прекрасный и разнообразный.
С 21.30 есть буфет для ночных обжор.
Имеется прачечная, для постояльцев бесплатно.
С удовольствием рекомендую отель и мы непременно вернёмся.

It's not too far from the scenic area, and the owner's food is quite suitable for us. The only drawback is the lack of hot water for showers; the owner said they'd fix it as soon as possible to better serve guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment was nice, but the service was unpleasant. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've encountered such a dogmatic management philosophy. The deposit was more expensive than the room rate. I booked three rooms and needed to cancel one early the next day. However, the room key was taken out while I was eating, and they insisted on charging me 30 yuan. I said I'd bring it back later, and they asked if I could get it back before 2 PM. I said I didn't know, but I'd definitely get it back today, as I still had two nights left in the other two rooms. Even after I said that, they still wouldn't agree and insisted on charging 30 yuan. Frankly, this is far inferior to Hilton. I often stay with children, and sometimes other hotels give me multiple room key cards. But you, when I ask you to give me an extra card, you remind me to change how many cards I need when I leave. Can I withdraw cash from a bank or use it for food? What am I supposed to do with it? Although it's only 30 yuan, sometimes it's not about the money, it's about the extreme discomfort. This is my first negative review, thank you for giving me a chance.

GGuest User# Negative Rating# I was disappointed with the outdoor environment and sound insulation; all the rooms in the hotel are on the first floor, except for the river view room, other rooms are under a huge fort, and the window is a stone wall. I started thinking that some rooms are under the stone wall, but in fact, they are basically all. The place is easy to find, parking is convenient, walking for seven or eight minutes is a lot of places to eat, very convenient, hot water at night is good, but the hotel facilities are basically not available, you need to bring it yourself.
