"The hotel facilities and sanitary environment are okay! But I can’t complain about the underground parking lot. When I checked in, I asked the front desk if I needed to park and register my license plate. They said I didn’t need to scan the code before I could go out. After staying for two days, I couldn’t get up to scan the code to get out of the parking lot. There was a car behind me so I wouldn’t block others. I only paid for parking for two days! Later, I went to the lobby to ask for an explanation. The lobby attendant said that there was a problem with the parking lot system and they did not receive the money. They also said that now someone came to ask about the car and could not get out. I don’t have dozens of dollars, but the hotel has problems with parking lot management. Can such a good hotel not even manage an underground garage? It is said that there is no such thing as a pity that you can only take it away..."
