Service: The service was very enthusiastic. Initially, I chose a room with a balcony, but it was quite small. They immediately switched me to one with a bathtub, which made the space feel much larger.
Hygiene: Overall, it was very clean.

"The service was good, with a butler.
The room had a Bluetooth speaker, a soaking tub, and a coffee machine – very thoughtful. Snacks and drinks were provided in the room. There was also a balcony with good privacy and a nice view.
Room facilities need improvement: 1. There were only two trash cans, which were insufficient for large amounts of trash, requiring staff to be called to clean them; 2. No children's toiletries, only children's slippers; 3. The air conditioning heating was very weak; 4. The soundproofing was very poor, waking me up before bed and in the early morning; 5. The smart toilet's bidet function was not working well.
Room cleanliness needs improvement: There were dead insects on the blankets; small insects occasionally appeared; there were many stains on the walls.
Breakfast was average. A complimentary white fungus soup was provided in the evening.
Overall, it was good, and I would choose this room again."

"I stayed at the hotel because I participated in the Yunqiu Mountain cross-country race. The hotel is gorgeous than expected. The room is large, the wet and dry separation (the toilet and bathroom are separated). The toilet provides disposable cushions, which surprises me!
You can see the river outside the window. In the morning, I saw the people running by the river. It gave me a very freehand feeling.
There are many breakfast styles, porridge noodles and rice are all available, and there are also chefs who can prepare local specialties on the spot.
The staff was polite and relied on them to introduce restaurants near the hotel to a meal of rice (the local pasta is the main food, I am used to eating rice) to add a boost to the competition.
I met the volunteers of Xiangning in the supply station during the competition. I heard that Xiangning Hotel is the best hotel in Quanxuan. It will receive VIPs. I am really fortunate to stay at this hotel."

"We booked a triple room, which was incredibly spacious and spotless. What truly impressed us was how incredibly helpful and friendly the owner was, providing excellent service. They patiently explained the best sightseeing routes and gave us useful tips for Yunqiu Mountain. The Szechuan food at the restaurant they recommended was delicious, and the breakfast served at the guesthouse was equally tasty. Our car got quite muddy on the journey, and the owner was so thoughtful that they even brought out a hose from their home for us to wash it. Highly, highly recommend!"

"The room was very good, and the lady at the front desk was also very nice. I stayed there many times. The only drawback was that it was difficult to park. There was only one parking space left. The waiter at the hot pot restaurant downstairs stopped the tram and asked her to move, but she refused to listen. , I think there is nothing wrong with her parking in front of her store. In fact, it is convenient for others. After the argument, we parked somewhere else and she moved the car away. It was just a matter of moving it casually, but the layout was too small. The owner's service was also excellent, making me feel comfortable and attentive. My stay didn't disappoint. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. There was also a thoughtful breakfast; I especially want to praise the owner's stir-fried potato shreds—they were absolutely delicious!!! Plus, the guesthouse is located at the foot of Yunqiu Mountain, making it incredibly convenient to get to the scenic area! This guesthouse was truly amazing. We were very satisfied with both the cleanliness and service, and the price was very reasonable—it was excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This is my go-to place!!!"

"Right from our arrival at the Yunqiu Mountain Scenic Area, we were impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. We arrived in the evening and got a bit lost trying to find the resort, but a security guard patiently guided us to our destination. Upon arrival, the reception staff gave us a warm welcome. Our room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, every aspect of Yunqiu Mountain, particularly the outstandingly warm service, left a great impression."

GGuest UserWe have been traveling to Shanxi for 12 days. It is the last stop to Yunqiu Mountain. We live in ”. I thought it was the last day anyway. I just found a hotel to stay. I didn’t expect this stay to be the best accommodation experience for our trip: I haven’t arrived at the hotel yet. The boss turned on the air conditioner early and waited for us to enter the room. It was so cool to blow on the face. The spacious room, the atmosphere is full of lights, especially the wall-mounted curtain view is really enjoyable! Although the breakfast was not much the next day, the boss was enthusiastic. Eggs, side dishes, steamed buns, millet porridge (a lot of ingredients: peanuts, mung beans, ...) were enough. It is worth mentioning that when we came, the little boss not only helped us deliver the luggage to the room and reminded us of the smart room. When we left, we still helped us with our luggage and sent it to the car to put the luggage in the car. This is too warm, it can be said that we have drawn a complete end to our Shanxi tour. Shanxi is so good! We will come again!
