衞生：沒有一絲臟的地方，住了兩天，每天都有人打掃，也不會主動敲門打擾你休息
環境：位於團風大石代石材城東南角，距離黃岡科技職業學院（何家湖校區）最近的一個酒店，路對面有共享電動車，出租車，網約車打車也方便。樓下便利店與桌球廳一體，附近500米內有蘭州拉麪館、燒烤吧、沙縣小吃店等。
服務：按金100，退房時自動返回。態度良好。
美中不足:
房間應配備一把椅子，總不能站着吃東西吧
隔音效果不太好（可能也和客人素質有關，前一晚很吵，後一晚很安靜）
