From the moment I got off the bus, the staff took the initiative to help with my luggage, guiding me throughout the entire process with a smile. Upon check-in, I realized my room was a little small, but after speaking with the front desk, they immediately upgraded me for free. What a surprise! The staff was incredibly responsive to any requests I had during my stay. The housekeepers also meticulously cleaned the room every day, even leaving every corner of the bathroom spotless.
