衞生：符合星級酒店的標準。 體驗：不是很好。 1️⃣入住第一晚，關窗户時候，上面的紗窗砸下來（工程問題，紗窗扣不緊），把手背砸腫了（到現在還是腫的淤青），也破皮了，打電話給前台送了酒精棉簽，然後前台也沒危機意識，是我自己不追究了，但是顧客在酒店受傷，酒店就悶着不做任何反應。第二天，是我找了早餐餐飲部要了冰塊，客房部經理才清楚，送了個果盤慰問一下。 2️⃣健身房設施設備太少，就兩台跑步機和一台划船機…… 3️⃣洗的衣服還丟了一衹襪子，服務員説洗衣機裏沒有，雖然也解釋了，我就納悶了，我拿過去的好好的，咋拿回來就丟了？哎，衹能自認倒黴。 4️⃣第一天吃早餐，11點收餐了就在我還在拿餐的時候，徒手收麪包啊，這種不衞生的行為直接當我麪啊！真牛……後面就是各種催促……被我説了，第二天沒再催我。
