After chatting with the owner, I learned that the paintings hanging in the guesthouse are all original works by contemporary artists (some of them quite famous). Every flower, every object, every corner here shows the meticulous attention paid to the owner. The food was also amazing. The scrambled eggs with tomatoes tasted like home! "I've stayed at this hotel many times and have generally been satisfied. However, today, when I checked in again, they didn't have a family-friendly suite with a view. They gave me a room (everyone makes mistakes at work, it's normal), and then management offered to change my room (which was two levels below the one I booked). If I weren't a regular at this hotel, I'd be so deceived. This makes me think there are major management issues at this hotel. They're deceiving consumers, and do they think consumers are just scammers or just being taken advantage of? There have been a lot of tourists visiting Qitai recently, so be sure to carefully select the room type to avoid being scammed. This is a disgrace to Qitai. What a dishonest business!"

Hopefully they will update the rooms on the second floor too. The location is good as it's on a main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was limited. "Stayed at Jiangbulak Hotel for the second time. The viewing room I lived in was a bowl of spring scenic spots outside the window, where I could see snow-capped mountains, pine trees and green grass.

The hotel is wooden and very clean. The shower room in the bathroom is very easy to use, the water temperature is stable, and the drainage is smooth.

The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable, experienced, and articulate. The room facilities and ambiance no longer meet the star rating; they're all very old. Also, the housekeeping staff might have been slacking off, leaving the sheets and duvet covers unchanged. Or was it a man who cleaned the room? I stayed in a standard room, but there were a few short hairs on both beds. After reporting this to the front desk, they replaced them."

The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom facilities were comparable to those of a star hotel. The stir-fried dishes ordered for dinner were all very large, and the boss was very down-to-earth.
