"The hotel service was a bit unable to keep up, and the young man at the front desk was not busy at all. There was a woman in front, I called this one, I told another female front desk, and a few of them came together. The men, **, and I couldn’t tell you how many rooms I had to open. Where did I talk for more than 20 minutes, I never know how many rooms that **** wants to open. How much is it? Then the back can be waiting. During the period, there was a *man who didn't know where to come, ********, inexplicably, he counted the front desk, it was really the same as ***. For more than half an hour in minutes, my takeaway arrived, the front desk was not unblocked, and the security guards did not care. After entering the room, the squatting toilet could not be closed at all, there were no slippers in the room, the TV was turned on with a lot of effort, and then I couldn't see it."

"My family and I were driving through the hotel and booked two rooms, one with a king bed and one with twin beds. There's a large parking lot right outside, as well as underground parking. During the hot weather, the car wasn't too hot in the basement during the day, making it convenient for those driving. The hotel was easy to find using the navigation system, located right on the road. The front desk was very attentive during check-in, and the lady at the front desk even helped with luggage. There's also a water bar in the lobby, offering a variety of thirst-quenching drinks. The hotel has a laundry room, making it very convenient for washing clothes. The rooms have separate wet and dry areas, and they were clean and quiet. The only downside was the central air conditioning, which lacked temperature control. I woke up from a fever. At 3 or 4 a.m., the outside temperature was 22 degrees Celsius, and my room was 25 degrees Celsius. Even lying in bed without a blanket, I felt a heat in my back, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk twice, and someone was promptly sent to check it out, taking about half an hour. The problem was resolved, but my sleep was disturbed, and it was difficult to fall back asleep, which was a bit upsetting."

"The family room was a disaster. It was on the lowest floor, and the sanitation was terrible. The decor was smelly, and I guess it's rarely used. I later moved to an executive twin room, which was fine, but the air conditioning and heating weren't cold at all, and I was practically suffocating the next day. There weren't many hotels to choose from here, so I was thinking of a new one that looked grand, but I didn't expect the facilities to be so poor and the service so-so. The breakfast was okay, but there was nothing to eat after 9:30. I've noticed that breakfast here is quite stingy, as they're afraid others might eat it, and the food isn't expensive."
