Judging by the decor and room size alone, it's a member of the Indigo brand, perhaps due to its location in the small county of Pyeongchang. The service was exceptional. Upon check-in, I casually asked if there was sparkling water as a welcome drink and was told no. The hotel actually made me a special drink and sent it to my room. I was so touched. The breakfast was also very generous, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional, far superior to other Holiday Inn Express hotels."
