"The room was clean, the staff and security were friendly, the surroundings were pleasant, parking was convenient in the courtyard, and there were self-service washing machines for laundry. Breakfast could be improved; it should be served on time, regardless of whether it was good or bad.
Another suggestion: when booking online, don't ask for a deposit. Besides, your hotel doesn't have anything in the room. Deposits aren't charged in Xinjiang anymore. I stayed at a hotel in Qinghai Lake and a hotel owner did, so you're the second one. Change your mindset.
For such a good hotel, the phone number has changed, but the one in the room brochure hasn't. Guests are encouraged to walk around and ask at the front desk.
