"I highly recommend this new hotel! The lobby is very comfortable, and check-in is quick. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, showing me around to my room and explaining the hotel's facilities and smart technology. The service was very thoughtful. I didn't need a room card; just facial recognition opened the door. The room had a smart speaker, and the mattress and pillows were very soft. I slept very comfortably all night. Although the room faces the street, the soundproofing was excellent. It was raining outside, but I enjoyed tea and music in the room – it was incredibly relaxing. The toiletries were also very good. Before coming, I was worried about getting a bad experience at such a newly opened hotel, but after my stay, I had no worries at all. I was extremely satisfied with the great value for money and will definitely stay here again for my next business trip."

"The first time I stayed, I was still very pleasantly surprised when I first entered. The garden style is very distinctive. But no one received it. I didn't find the main entrance for a long time. I still called the front desk and the front desk staff came to receive it. We often live in this garden-style hotel, and the reception is still very important. There will be a shuttle bus, otherwise let us find when!
The executive suite is on the first floor, and there are flies flying on the day of check-in.
Then there was no hot water. Because I took off my clothes, the landline called the front desk, and there was no one to answer the call. Later, it was Trip.com that I contacted the staff and explained that the front desk phone was broken? ? Ha? ? ? ? ?
The staff helped to look at it and went to solve it, and then it was not solved. It was 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I said to change the room for us, huh? ? ? ? I took off the baby and almost fell asleep. Let us change the room, I didn't agree. I washed and slept with some hot water.
The next day, a staff member came to apologize, saying that next time we compensated and added WeChat, because it was back to my husband's hometown to find a wedding room, I think the scenery of the hotel is still good, but the service needs to be improved.
If my wedding room is set here at the end of the year, I hope the hotel staff can improve the service level after seeing it."

When I checked in, I casually asked how to get to Bengbu High-speed Railway Station tomorrow morning easily. The beautiful woman at the front desk helped me reserve a car and picked me up at the hotel door and delivered me to the high-speed railway station. He said he would call the hotel the next time he came to Mengcheng and arrange a car to pick me up from the high-speed rail station. The service is nothing to say.
Facilities: Nothing wrong, very comfortable, good air conditioning, dual TV systems, both live TV and online TV.
Environment: There is Luckin Coffee opposite the hotel. I didn’t expect it. It’s good news for people on business trips.
