Amenities: Automatic toilets and laundry facilities were available. The executive king and executive twin rooms were listed as having the same size, but the king room was actually smaller than the twin room.
On my first night, I heard a rustling sound and thought it was a large insect flying overhead, or perhaps the sound of electricity or cracking paint. On my second night, I figured it was the air conditioner.
The air conditioner was a bit erratic, running on and off. It felt cold even at 28 degrees Celsius when it was on, and incredibly hot when it was off. I almost caught a cold. The AC wasn't working.
Surroundings: Beautiful, but a child fell into the water, which gave me a scare. Children playing in the water should be careful. I have good hearing, and when I heard the thud, I rushed over. The child had already gotten up, but I was still terrified.
Service: They helped me with my luggage when I checked in, and I had to push and carry it myself when I checked out. I understand they were busy."

There is not even a hair strand in the tabletop, bedside table, sofa seam, and the floor is polished. It's no problem to walk barefoot. The bathroom was even more pleasant. The toilet seat and sink did not have any water stains. The tiles in the shower were clean and there was no smell in the floor drain. The bedding was just changed, with a faint smell of sunshine, the quilt cover sheets were flat and there were no folds, and even the edges of the pillowcases were neatly folded.
