"The second time I came here, the two stays were very good, especially this time let our family feel what a star service is. My car is a zero-hour license plate. I found the front desk to explain the situation. The waiter immediately went out to arrange it. I also helped with luggage. We took the children to check in very carefully and sent children slippers and dental appliances. The daughter especially liked the little yellow duck. The lunch we gave for the three of us was also careful to change the children's breakfast. As soon as we entered the hotel, the front desk greeted us very warmly and asked if we had a reservation. We didn’t bring an ID card. The front desk was very intimate to teach us to use an electronic ID card to check in. If you can use this in Hunan, it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. We arranged a high-floor room for us. The ventilation is very good, the window is very quiet after closing, and I will choose Vienna next time!

"I was quite satisfied with this hotel when I checked in. It is one of the better hotels in the county town, with good location, transportation and facilities. However, the breakfast on the second day was terrible. It was said to be open until 10 o'clock, but there was basically nothing left at 8:30, and the management said with confidence that there were too many people and they had all eaten. But no matter how many people there were, didn't you have the data the night before? How could you not prepare according to the number of people? And you said there were too many people, so it's okay that you didn't have time to make hot dishes, but you didn't even have ready-made bread, toast, fruit or noodles, and you didn't plan to restock them. You just planned to leave them there from 8:30 to 10 o'clock. Is this the level of service that your hotel chain should have?"

DDima DiThis is the best hotel in the little touristic region. The owner was very friendly and helped us also beyond his duties.
In the morning he personally cooked some delicious local noodles for us which I found special.
One minor point though, if you travel in the cold times there, make sure to start the heater ahead of time as it is a little weak and takes a long time to heat up the room.

GGuest User房間衞生還好，床睡着很舒服，衞生用品也很好，酒店周邊環境比較亂，酒店有停車位，不能忍受的是半夜裡被打麻將的聲音給吵醒，兩次給酒店前台打電話要求他們制止，但是沒有任何效果，説話聲，挪動桌椅聲，開關門聲延續了一夜。早8點下去用早餐基本上沒有什麼可吃的東西了。

The bus stops to Longshan North Station and Hubei to Fengxian County are very close, and I feel that these two routes are very frequent and convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room facilities are basic, the area is not small, you have to know what you want, there is no unreasonable expectations, this kind of hotel is very good for me.
