整體酒店非常不錯，設施和位置及配套都很贊。可惜一個奇葩的前台服務員，帶娃衹要求定個安靜的房間。酒店新開業沒滿房，前台安排起來應該不是啥大問題，困惑的是先給我們安排在正對四個電梯的走廊中間，發現了及時提醒她，又安排在正對麻將房下面，這種人不是愚蠢聽不懂，就是很壞、專門坑害客户和自己老闆。一再提醒我們不提供水，自己回房間喝去，退房十二點！半夜一點被麻將吵醒沒睡了，迫不得已三點被吵得不得不電話要求換房，然後就沒消息了，凌晨五點直收拾東西走人。丟進湖南的臉，那個看起來周正的前台女業務就是專門坑害自己老闆和酒店的吧！第二天到前台投訴沒找到人了，據説是被辭退了，前一天晚最後一天上班。這種態度衹能終身失業了。

The front desk lady was warm and welcoming. She introduced me to the room type and location. She specially arranged a quiet room by the parking lot. The room design style is simple and atmospheric, and the hygiene is clean. The breakfast is self-service. You can eat whatever you want. The taste is quite delicious.

The hotel stay experience this time was great! The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the check-in procedure was completed soon, and I also intimately introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete and intelligent, the bathroom had no smell, and the toiletries were of good quality. The room was very clean. I stayed for another 2 days and felt good about my stay. Personally, I am relatively picky about the hotel's environmental hygiene and comfort. I searched online for a long time before choosing. This time I went on vacation with my family and my experience was good. The room was well soundproofed and quiet, which is ideal. There is a heart-warming late-night snack in the evening, and there is also free breakfast. The breakfast is quite rich and considerate. The room is also very comfortable. It is equipped with a cup sterilizer and toilet disinfectant. This is the only hotel in Lianyuan that I have stayed in that has this equipment. The hotel feels very hygienic and comfortable, just like coming home
