"I don't know why. After the evaluation, the evaluation has disappeared for a while. The service facilities are not as good as the hotel chain facilities.
No space for a five-star hotel to set up guest laundry is a challenge, but it can be compensated by improving services, optimizing processes, and introducing innovative technologies, even turning it into a unique competitive advantage.
No laundry room means guests cannot do self-service laundry. Therefore, the core idea is to change ”laundry” from a task that guests have completed by themselves to a ”seamless, efficient, and even luxurious exclusive service” that the hotel provides to guests.
Personally, I must choose Atour for travel. Atour's equipment and facilities can really be comparable to many hotels, and I can really learn from it. There will be staff patrolling in the laundry room, and the washed and dried clothes will be arranged and folded for the guests in time.
On the contrary, our star hotel, such a simple, dirty and messy laundry service, is not the opposite of the image of the entire hotel. It is better to set up a laundry service in such an environment. I hope that hotel-related personnel can accept suggestions."
