"I was initially quite upset because of a problem with the room, but after speaking with the front desk, the staff quickly provided a solution and were very helpful. They even upgraded my room and gave me a small gift when I left the next morning. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. Although there was a minor hiccup, the cleanliness and service were impeccable. If I could rate it, I think it would be one of the best five-star hotels in Jinggu."

The infinity pool is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold on the day of check-in, so it was not suitable for swimming. The air in the mountains is very fresh. If there were no camp lights on all night, this place would be more suitable for stargazing. The breakfast is very rich and delivered to the door. I ordered a set of Chinese and Western food, and the dishes were also very attentive. The drinks, fruits and instant noodles in the room are free, which is very humane. If you don’t want to order dishes at night, you can make do with a meal in the room. The hygiene products are also good, and there are even children's products (although I don’t have children)."

The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in. It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far. The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers."
