"First and foremost, I will remember the friendliness of the staff.
The building is a bit old, but passable. It is located out of the city center and within an industrial zone, but I became satisfied with the location when I found out that just a few hundred meters away is a street with many busy restaurants. Hungry tummy approved.
I did not go, but there is a club just next door which must be convenient if you want to party. The parking is spatious, so if you come by car you shouldn't have problems."

2.19點入住，入住當時沒法也確認過可以連續續住4天，20點接到電話，接到大型團購，無法續住，衹能住一天，第二天需要重新找酒店。如果入住時確認的事後告知，我完全可以不選擇該酒店入住 畢竟反覆確認可以連續續住4天。
3.上午10點退房，11點入住新酒店，被新酒店告知公安系統顯示我身份訊息還在酒店入住，無法辦理新酒店入住。
如果有大型團購入住，是否散户反覆確認是否可以連續續住時應該提前告知。不至於反覆換酒店，而且僅入住一小時才得到通知嗎？我在出發前就反覆確認了，辦理入住時也再次確認是否可以連續續住，得到肯定答覆才選擇該酒店。退房已經1小時了，還沒辦理清退房手續，導致我新入住酒店辦理困難

The most incomprehensible thing was that a deposit was required for check-in and a room inspection was required for check-out. I haven't encountered this in a long time."

GGuest UserI came to Huanghua City on a business trip near Zhongjie. Because there are relatively few hotels nearby, I chose Vienna after comprehensive comparison. The geographical location is relatively remote and not in a prosperous area. It's not very convenient to eat and buy things.
Environment: Vienna 3 Best Hotels provides a quiet and comfortable place to rest at night. The rooms are neatly decorated and the beds are soft, making people feel relaxed.
Service: The lady at the front desk is very professional, warm and thoughtful. All problems can be solved quickly, making guests feel at ease.

The sound insulation is very poor, people walking through the door can hear it clearly, and there are takeaways next to it in the middle of the night. Some paid snacks and xx supplies are placed in the room, no refrigerator, check-in is very slow, breakfast will be able to eat, no bread, some dishes and boiled eggs, miscellaneous grains are not fresh, soy milk is thin and pitiful, no milk. The towel bath towel looked very old and there was no packaging, and I felt that I could not use it. As soon as the elevator came in, the sheets were covered in one place, and I didn't want to live. The scan code written by the wifi in the room was connected, and there was no network at all. I asked Xiaodu to know the password. The signal is also very poor. It's okay to have a TV. No children's supplies. Will not come again next time.

AAnonymous User優點:酒店大堂挺寬敞，前台的abby非常熱情。我們是下午3點多到的，因為想要一間景觀好點的，但因為節日期間住客比較多，所以還沒有打掃完，為了表示歉意abby還貼心的送給小朋友一張雲上海天的參觀票。還加了我的微信，隨時溝通我的需求。
房間內的拖鞋比較舒服，馬桶是自動的是加分項。二樓的早餐很豐盛，就是人多的時候工作人員有點忙不過來。晚上酒店的夜景很漂亮。
缺點: 牙刷刷毛非常硬，兩次把我的牙床扎到出血。商務層的早餐因為吃飯人少，有些菜品已經涼了影響了味道，還需要工作人員多關注一下。
酒店不論從裝修到服務都很好，就是房間面積略微有點小，對於五一期間2000多的房價來説，價格略高。而且沒有迎賓水果，少了一些親和力。整體來説還是不錯的，下次來青島我可能還會選擇這家酒店。
