"The front desk service of the hotel is very satisfactory, the facilities are relatively complete, the hotel is newly renovated, there are more eating, drinking and playing nearby, opposite Huaihua College, the floor is quite high and the view is very good, the front desk is also on duty 24 hours a day, the bar has a lot of small snacks, candy, biscuits and the like, very good! Fitness has changed to enjoy ～

"It's really wise to choose the all-season hotel for this trip! As soon as I entered the lobby, the simple and atmospheric decoration style made people feel good, and the air was still filled with a faint fresh Zen tea fragrance, which instantly dispersed the fatigue of the journey.
The front desk staff was warm and efficient, the check-in was fast, and the hotel's services were introduced intimately. The room was better than expected, clean and tidy, needless to say, the layout was particularly reasonable, and the space was just right. The bedding was soft and the pillow was comfortable. I slept well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of high quality and are gentle and comfortable to use."

"It was a truly perfect stay. From the moment we made our reservation, they called to ask if we were traveling with children so they could arrange for their belongings to be brought to the room first. It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk lady, Jinyue, made two special trips back and forth with an umbrella. After we checked in, they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Before we could even rest, fruit arrived. They also provided mosquito repellent in the room and reminded us to close the windows in case it rained. We had a peaceful night. The next day, when we checked out, they met us and escorted us to a taxi. Finally, I left a necklace at the hotel. It wasn't expensive, but they kept it safe and mailed it to me. It was a thoughtful experience."

"The best part by far was that they have dryers!!! As an American living in China I've missed having soft, machine dried clothes. They have a completely free self serve laundry room.
The room was clean and stocked with all necessities and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff were very nice and offered me hot tea and water everytime I was in the lobby.
Its about a 20 minute walk from Huaihua South train station, but other than that the location is unremarkable. Overall I would stay at an Atour hotel in the future."

"I came here on a business trip after the Chinese New Year. It was recommended by a friend. It was my first time staying here. I arrived at the hotel a little late. However, the hotel housekeeper was very considerate, the service was good, enthusiastic and attentive, and the room was upgraded for free. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it was very good. It was a very good experience and recommended. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Huaihua."

"Many times, I chose Kyriad to stay at Huaihua High-speed Railway Station for the first time. I just met the birthday Kyriad. I prepared welcome fruits and small red wine. I also upgraded the suite for free. Their service makes people feel very comfortable. The communication between colleagues is also very smooth and polite. They feel that they are. Like a family.
The hotel's breakfast is also rich

"After graduation, I went home temporarily. The bad --- the slippers provided in the room were smelly, so I had to wear my own; the bed might not be too clean, after all, there was hair, and I was afraid of itching and red spots on my body, so I slept wrapped in my own air conditioner.
Everything else is fine, but I would like to remind others that they may be concerned - there is no door in the bathing area, only the toilet has a door."

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, visited nearby old towns. The hotel is new, well designed, spacious and very modern.
The standout feature is the service. Xiao Li at the front desk was super helpful, went above and beyond to help us find transport options for getting around the region.
We enjoyed our stay immensely :)

This stay at Huatai International Phoenix Hotel left me with a very deep impression, especially the breakfast experience, which was the finishing touch.
In the early morning, sunlight shines in through the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and comfortable dining atmosphere. The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western cuisines to meet the taste needs of different guests. What surprised me most was the hotel’s homemade rice noodles, which had a smooth texture, delicious soup, and a variety of ingredients. It was very memorable and started the day full of energy.
In addition to delicious food, the hotel's environment is also very comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's service is impeccable. The staff is warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, always paying attention to the needs of the guests, making people feel at home.
In general, Huatai International Phoenix Hotel is first-class in both hardware facilities and software services, especially the delicious breakfast and thoughtful service, which added a wonderful memory to my journey. Next time I come, I will definitely choose here again!

GGuest UserA must-stay hotel when on a business trip in Huaihua, it is close to the high-speed rail station and convenient to the highway. The hotel has a car to pick you up at the station. This time I booked a deluxe king room, which is located on one side of the hotel's circular building. It is super large, and the toilet, shower and bathtub are all out of sight. We had originally planned to stay for two nights, but the conference organizing committee notified us at the last minute to change the itinerary to one night. We applied on the APP and the hotel quickly agreed to the change.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat location, we got 2 bedrooms with river view, which was beautiful. Both rooms were very spacious and clean. TV was working fine, even found an English speaking channel. The reception staff were very patient and helpful with the topic of registering foreigners and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was the usual, fruit, boiled eggs, other vegetables and soup. Comfortable beds, working air conditioning. Over all a good stay and recommended.

The clothes I changed were washed clean and flat without saying a word, the shoes were also polished brightly, fresh fruit was placed on the table every day, and the evening staff would also make small arrangements in the evening. The bed was well-made, slippers were arranged, and steam eye masks were equipped. Like family members, intimate. Hygiene is nothing to say, the room is clean, even the corners are refreshing, the sanitary ware used is all big brands, and it is comfortable to look at it with confidence. Breakfast is a small blessing every day. The porridge is thick and warm. The bowl of rice noodles is especially amazing. The soup is freshly mellow, the powder slip road, the ingredients are enough, the whole body is comfortable after eating, and there are fresh fruits to relieve greasy after the meal. Parking is also super convenient, don't bother to find a parking space. The hotel is also close to the high-speed rail station, opposite the gymnasium, a few steps for sports walks, and in the bustling area, shopping and eating are easy, I will definitely choose here next time!

GGuest UserSo this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed.
The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way.
It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it.
The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location.
Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests.
If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in.

Nearby is the Dongmen Ancient City Wall Relics Park, suitable for a walk at night.
The room size is relatively large and the TV can be screened. The bed was moderately hard and soft, very quiet at night, and the rest was very good.
Breakfast has wide rice noodles, Hunan characteristics, super fragrant, very delicious.

__AmicoFantastic! Definitely a five-star review! I forgot to take photos of the room, only managed to snap a few of the front desk.
1. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's impeccably clean; even the carpets were spotless. All essential facilities were well-maintained and readily available.
2. The service was absolutely exceptional. The lady at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, offering excellent recommendations when we asked about local eateries. The cleaning staff were also very warm and proactively asked if we needed anything. We had a minor issue with the toilet in our room, but a quick call had a staff member fixing it right away. In the evening, when we requested mineral water, they delivered two bottles for free and even included complimentary yogurt.
3. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to and from the station. The driver was very polite, sent me a text message in advance, and even called me when my high-speed train arrived. The vehicle itself was also very clean. Most hotels typically only offer pick-up service, so finding one that also provides drop-off was a truly pleasant surprise!
4. I had previously seen online reviews praising their breakfast duck noodle soup, so we didn't hesitate to book breakfast for two. It turned out to be a fantastic surprise! My companions and I all agreed that the breakfast duck noodle soup was even tastier than the goose noodle soup we specifically sought out at another restaurant – it was genuinely good!
5. The location was also quite convenient. While it's not the closest option to Fengyu Bridge, it offers a quiet spot away from the crowds. It was within a 10-minute walk to Shen Congwen's Former Residence and also about 10 minutes to Ga Xiaohuang, which made it quite convenient.
Overall, it offers incredibly high value for money! This is a highly recommended hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for. I didn’t expect much, so it’s above par for me. It’s the most budget-friendly hotel nearby Huaihua railway station for sure.
