The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, the rooms are quiet and spacious, and the hygiene is particularly clean. The front desk service was very good, especially the housekeeper Xixi was considerate and enthusiastic. We went to eat at the recommended Cuicui's restaurant, the blood duck and stir-fried dishes were both delicious. Parking is also very convenient. It is close to the high-speed rail station and Wanda Plaza, making travel convenient. The hotel staff have a strong sense of service. Whether it's the security guard at the door, the front desk clerk or the cleaning lady in the lobby, they are all polite and will greet you when you come in and out. The stay experience is great, whether you live alone or entertain friends, it is very suitable, I recommend everyone to go!

I came here on a business trip after the Chinese New Year. It was recommended by a friend. It was my first time staying here. I arrived at the hotel a little late. However, the hotel housekeeper was very considerate, the service was good, enthusiastic and attentive, and the room was upgraded for free. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it was very good. It was a very good experience and recommended. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Huaihua.

It is near the high speed rail station and the hotel arranged a pick up from the station to the hotel. All in I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities provided by the hotel is excellent. The room is very clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast (if included) is excellent and the price reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel the next time I visit HuaiHua.

I live alone, the size is suitable, the smart toilet is very useful, and the service is also good. Because I came here for an exam, I feel that the design of the reading light is a bit unreasonable. The lamp on the desk can be brighter, and the lamp at the bedside is not bright enough, and it seems that it cannot be adjusted. Because I have stayed here several times before and felt it was not bad, I did not choose a hotel closer to the examination center this time. But I was not lucky. Huaihua suddenly cooled down in the past two days. It seems that all the hotel heaters were not turned on. It was a bit cold. The waiter sent a heater. Because I had to wait for my husband to pick me up, I chose a late check-out when booking, which was quite good.

FFuFabulous new hotel with exceptional service!
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, visited nearby old towns. The hotel is new, well designed, spacious and very modern.
The standout feature is the service. Xiao Li at the front desk was super helpful, went above and beyond to help us find transport options for getting around the region.
We enjoyed our stay immensely :)

There are many people walking by the river at night. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, and the tall palm trees beautify the environment, making people have the illusion of being in a coastal city.

The lobby is relatively clean, the room also looks relatively hygienic, and they also provide porridge and fruit, which is very considerate. The service is relatively good, the attitude is very good, and any problems are patiently solved. The things were delivered by a robot, which the children found very novel and very happy. It is still recommended. Friends who come to Huaihua can stay here.

GGuest UserSo this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed.
The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way.
It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it.
The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location.
Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests.
If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in.

1.酒店雖然不新，但是很乾凈，地毯都清理的很乾凈。基本設施也很齊全。
2.服務特別好，前台小姐姐很熱心，問哪裡東西好吃，都很積極的給建議。搞衞生的阿姨也很熱情，主動詢問是否有需要。房間馬桶出了點問題，打電話過去很快就有阿姨上門維修了。晚上叫服務送礦泉水，免費送了兩瓶，還給送了免費酸奶。
3.酒店還提供了接送站服務，接送小哥很禮貌，提前給我發了短訊，看到高鐵到站還給我打電話，車子也很乾凈。一般酒店都是接站，很少遇到送站的，這服務也是很驚喜了！
4.之前也是看到網友説這家早餐的鴨肉粉好吃，果斷訂了雙早，結果真的很驚喜！小夥伴一致覺得早餐的鴨肉粉比我們特意去找的鵝肉粉店好吃，真的很不錯！
5.交通也算方便，不是離風雨橋最近的選擇，但是也算鬧中取靜，我們走去沈從文舊居10分鐘內，走到嘎小黃也是10分鐘吧，還是挺方便的。
整體真的性價比超高了！是非常值得推薦的酒店！

There was a rickshaw next to the front desk which was suitable for checking in and taking photos. You need to swipe your card to take the elevator to the next floor. The security system is quite good. The room is also relatively clean. Although the room is not very big, it is quite warm. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a gym with relatively complete equipment and facilities. The hotel's breakfast is better than the one at McDonald's, and the taste is more suitable for our children. Overall, it is quite affordable to rent a room for more than 100 yuan near the train station. I am very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

The breakfast category is also very rich, with noodles, porridge, fruits, various vegetables, milk, soy milk... and many more. The most important thing was left in the hotel room. SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for. I didn’t expect much, so it’s above par for me. It’s the most budget-friendly hotel nearby Huaihua railway station for sure.
