The hotel is close to the ancient caravan cultural town. There are many old houses, and the ancient town museum has a simple and heavy appearance. It is a pity that it is not open on New Year's Eve. Honghe County is built on a ridge and is known as the City in the Sky. We went to the Samaba Rice Terraces, which were also spectacular. The road is being built and the planning level is high. We also met local young people getting married, and a large group of men and women danced and played, which was very lively."

1. Watching the sunrise over the sea of clouds from your bed! I'm not exaggerating! The view from the room is unparalleled. Opening your eyes in the morning, the vibrant morning glow and rolling sea of clouds unfold before your eyes, like a dynamic painting. No need to get up early to climb a mountain, no need to brave a cold wind; you can savor this breathtaking spectacle from the comfort of your warm bed. It's such a blissful experience! 🌄☁️
2. The B&B owner is a hidden photography master! The free photo session was amazing! I heard the owner was a professional photographer, so I casually asked about it when I checked in. I was surprised to learn that they actually offered free photos! The owner was incredibly kind, not only welcoming but also incredibly skilled! He was incredibly good at finding angles and patiently guiding me through poses (so friendly even for someone like me who struggles with photography!). Every photo he took was a masterpiece! And best of all, it was **free! Free! Free!** Wouldn't this service be worth hundreds of dollars at other B&Bs/hotels? I posted the retouched photos on my WeChat Moments and they were showered with likes! 📸✨ This is definitely Linyun Mountain Residence's ultimate perk!

The Chinese style decoration, the room is clean and tidy, very warm, the latex mattress and bedding are very comfortable, especially the memory foam pillow, which fits very well. The breakfast is also rich, with Honghe specialty red rice noodles, and kudzu juice is also great."

Allen GAbove the clouds in Baohua Town, Honghe County, Suhong Courtyard is definitely a perfect choice for healing body and mind! Pushing open the door of the courtyard, the magnificent sea of clouds, the stacked terraces, and the quaint village have a panoramic view, as if living in a landscape painting. The small courtyard itself is full of surprises! The facilities are super complete and intimate: there is a warm fireplace in winter to disperse the cold, and the coffee machine can wake up the taste buds in the morning. Each room is equipped with a separate bathroom and air conditioning, which ensures privacy and comfort. There is also a K song equipment hidden in the living room, which can be sang at any time. The best thing is that even the washing machine is equipped with a drying function, completely freeing your hands! The independent tea room is the finishing touch. Make tea in the stove, gossip home, and time slows down. Friends who like calligraphy can also let you improvise and add a taste.
It takes about 4 and a half hours to drive from Kunming. The overall road condition is good. Although there are some winding roads up the mountain in the back section, the car must be slowed down and it is completely within acceptable range. For this fairyland-like scenery and such a comfortable small courtyard, this journey is absolutely value-for-money! Highly recommended to friends who pursue natural beauty, pay attention to living quality and like a leisurely and slow life!

I rushed to the road at night and found a place to stay in Honghe County. Basically, all the accommodations on the platform have been seen, but I didn’t see the right one. Finally, I saw a family. The only one with zero bad reviews arrived at about 10:30. The staff still received us. The room was really clean. This is the most important point I am looking for accommodation. The quilt smells of disinfectant water and the bathroom is very clean, so I specially praised it.

If the Hani Rice Terraces are the most beautiful part of Yunnan's breathtaking landscape, then Kangteng Valley is its most vibrant stroke. Today, I finally got to experience it all. The campsite nestled among the mountains faces the rice terraces. Although we didn't arrive at the peak season, the scenery was still breathtaking, perfectly complementing the luxurious tented hotel. The tents were fully equipped, and the afternoon tea and dinner after the hot springs were delicious. The service from the Hani staff was impeccable. A truly perfect vacation experience! [heart emojis]

Before poisoning, you need to know:
Check-in needs to go up the mountain and down the countryside around, the sunrise view is generally the same, the hot water is not enough at night, the house has no heating in winter, no air conditioning in summer
I can't stand people hiding in the terraces. The firewood around is warmed by the fireplace in winter. In summer, I don't need air conditioning at all. The surrounding Hani specialties are very good. The whole journey is 7 nights and the most comfortable night is this night.

The hotel facilities are pretty good, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is an elevator.
The hotel is about 2 kilometers away from Mabang Ancient Town, nearby. Dining and shopping are very convenient, especially there is a farmer's market opposite the hotel. You can go shopping early in the morning, have breakfast and buy fruits, etc. It is cheap and good.
There are two star fast charging stations about 100 meters and 500 meters away from the hotel, making charging electric vehicles very convenient. The star charging station closest to the hotel can only charge to 95%, while the charging pile in the passenger terminal a little further away can charge to 100%.

Conveniently placed hotel, close to the ancient town. Clean enough room if you don't look too closely. My room had a nice view over the valley below. Reception is rarely manned, so when you need something you need to look for the owner. Working AC. Contrary to what was listed, my room didn't have a hairdryer, kettle or drinking water. I guess for the price it's pretty good.
