"The hotel is located near the top of a mountain, with stunning views. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a smart toilet, and automatic curtains. It's spotless and clean. You can lie in bed and watch the cliff plank road and the taxis going up and down. It was a pity it rained when we went, and my child was sick, so we didn't feel like visiting the attractions. The owner and his wife are a very kind couple. The enthusiastic owner drove my son to the doctor and brought him back to the hotel afterward. Whenever they had time, they would always come to my room to ask if I needed anything. The capable and thoughtful owner's wife even made porridge for my son two days in a row. You can tell she's a very attentive person. The owner's wife cooks lunch and dinner every day, and the dishes are delicious! Although it's a B&B, the entire kitchen is very clean, bright, and neatly organized, even cleaner than my own kitchen. After staying for two nights, I was a little reluctant to leave. I sincerely thank the owner and his wife for their warm hospitality. I will definitely stay at your place again when I have the chance to visit Enshi! 👍👍👍"

"We booked a family room with a king-size six-foot bed, perfect for my parents. The front desk lady was so welcoming and helpful 😘. She took the initiative to help me with my luggage and brought it downstairs. The hotel also offers free parking, with ample spaces, perfect for road trips. 👍 The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Daughter City, so you can drive there or just walk back after dinner. The environment is quiet and comfortable.
Cleanliness: Every day when I went out and about, I came back to find the room cleaned. The towels were freshly changed daily, the mineral water was freshly replenished, the bed linen was made, and the trash was emptied.
Amenities: The room even had a washing machine, and they provided two bags of laundry detergent daily. It was really nice. I've used a shared laundry room in other hotels, but this dedicated washing machine is fantastic. It was a fantastic experience.
I highly recommend this hotel. Takeout can be delivered to your door, the room is spacious, and it's an excellent value for the price! 🌹"

From the moment we got off the bus, a concierge was there to help with our luggage. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming, always smiling. The breakfast was varied, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, with both local specialties and Western pastries. The food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh, making it the perfect start to a wonderful day. Overall, this was an exceptionally good value, and the hotel's attention to detail was evident. XXixiabangmaPeople who never post pictures and comment must share their very satisfying feelings. This B&B is great in all aspects. When I entered the room, I saw snacks and local green plums on the table. My 7-year-old baby and my 70-year-old mother both said they tasted good. It's very close to Enshi Grand Canyon, and the key is the store's special car pick-up and drop-off. The B&B has a viewing platform on the top floor, where you can see the mountains 360 degrees; there is a barbecue courtyard, where you can dine outdoors. After staying for 3 days, we had dinner outdoors. It felt like, oh, it was so comfortable; there is a swimming pool, we were stunned. I dedicated my first time playing in the water this summer to this mountain; there is a family suite where a family of four can live comfortably; there is a study room, but our cultural level is low and we failed to live up to the study room. In the mountains, as soon as the sun sets on a hot July day, the temperature is only 26 degrees. Enshi City has a 40-degree high temperature warning, but it’s so cool here! There is also detailed service. This B&B is the best I have ever experienced, bar none. I have stayed in many homestays in Sanya, Dali, Lijiang, Chengdu, etc., but all of them have more or less minor flaws. But there was no reason to say no. During this period, the child had a fever of 39.2, and the boss drove me to buy medicine; the child said he wanted to drink brown sugar water, and the boss went to town to buy it and delivered it to me; as soon as I sat down at the table in the backyard, my aunt brought me some medicine. We had selenium tea; we wanted to eat dinner out, but the boss placed mosquito coils around the dining table, and there were no mosquitoes; we finally had to drive out at 7 a.m., and the shop owner got up at around 5 a.m. to prepare breakfast for us. The normal breakfast time is 7:30, and there were no mosquitoes at all. Helped me to make an appointment for a shuttle bus... There are 6 people in the family, old and young, and we have traveled to many places, but Enshi left a very good impression on us, especially this ”Time Stops B&B”. I only hope that the boss will get rich and get better and better!

RRobertWow, what a view in this hotel. It's really nice!
The hotel is located next to the cable car going up the mountain. This mostly benefits you at the end of the day, as you can take the service exit at the cable car right to the hotel. In the morning, though, you'll have to go up the other way to get to the entrance where you can buy tickets. No worries, though as the hotel owner can take you there by car in a few minutes.
You can take a bus from Enshi station, or get a DiDi taxi for about ~150 yen. I chose the latter as it's not that expensive and they drove me right to the hotel without waiting. If you take the bus, you can ask the hotel owner to pick you up from the scenic center parking lot.
I recommend to make sure WeChat is installed and works, as it's the easiest way to communicate with the owner, thanks to the built-in translation feature. He helped me set it up when I arrived which was great!
I had dinner at the hotel as I was there quite late, the food was delicious and the portions were large. The price was good, given you're an hour and a half away from civilisation. Same with the included breakfast, it was cooked fresh on the spot when I woke up at eight in the morning, it was more than plenty to start the day, and one of the best breakfast on this trip!
In the evening during dinner, I planned the day with the owner and he explained the routes on a map, very convenient. You can ask him anything at any time on WeChat and he'll help out right away.
I was there in November when it can be quite cold, but the AC heating function works great, and the shower was nice and hot.
In all I had a lovely time here, thanks to the great service of everyone at this hotel.

2. When showering, you basically have to shower for three minutes, then wait for the water to drain for three minutes, otherwise the water will flood.

Around 12:22 AM, there was a knock on my door. It lasted half a minute, which was quite alarming at the middle of the night. I immediately called the front desk to check the hallway security cameras. The receptionist searched for five minutes, then said she was new and couldn't find it. She told housekeeping to patrol the building and check the cameras the next day.
The next day, around 8:10 AM, they went to the front desk in person and showed me the security cameras. A woman in a short skirt knocked on my door, then continued to knock on other room doors. Considering the fact that the hotel currently has no elevator control, anyone can access any floor. Anyone who has stayed in a hotel will understand! However, the front desk couldn't give me an answer, simply saying they knocked on the wrong door. How could they knock on so many wrong doors? I left my phone number at check-in and told the hotel I was in a rush, asking them to call me back after the matter was resolved. However, I didn't receive any response from the hotel until I returned at 6:30 PM. It felt like the hotel didn't care at all! I went to the front desk again to inquire, but they were stunned and had no idea what was going on. ”Do I need to explain it again?” I asked. The front desk staff seemed to be lacking in training, and my initial communication with them was unsatisfactory. The manager claimed they had knocked on the wrong door and that the person was from another room. I then asked, ”Can you check the security footage to show me which room she was in? Which room did she enter?” The manager couldn't prove it.
Finally, I went to my house with a gift and explained that the woman was a friend who'd made an appointment with someone in a different room and had knocked on my door by mistake. She never entered any rooms, only saying she was the one who'd made an appointment with someone who'd been drinking. Ultimately, she never entered the room.
I can only say that the newly opened All Seasons Hotel has inadequate staff training. There's no elevator monitoring system, and there's absolutely no regard for security or privacy. They don't prioritize customer feedback, and customers always have to go to the front desk to negotiate. If this is a new hotel without elevator monitoring, then they've completely put the cart before the horse and ignored safety. So, let's just leave it at that. This experience is a complete letdown for the entire brand.

I selected this hotel after looking at many B&Bs in Enshi Grand Canyon. The main reason is that it has a super large terrace, and across from it is the Daqing Mountain that I love!
After coming here, it is really worth it! The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Grand Canyon Tourist Service Center. You can call for pick-up. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, and the decoration style is also what I like! The front desk lady and brother are warm and friendly. If you need anything, just tell the front desk to send it to the room. The service is thoughtful👍! You can order food at the hotel. I ordered a dry pot pig intestine and ate it upside down. The hotel is also convenient for parking. There are two parking lots🅿️. When I came, there was a group from Henan, and the tourist bus could stop.
The hotel's brother also accompanied me to climb the Grand Canyon. During the whole process, I met American tourists who lived in the same hotel. We also took photos together and communicated in poor English^_^. It was a very happy climbing experience, singing and laughing all the way!
At night, I bought a small beer and snacks on the big terrace of the hotel. The hotel brother also sent some cold dishes to go with the beer, which was very nice 😁! Climbing the mountain I love during the day and drinking a little wine at night, how comfortable 😌!
If you come to Enshi, staying here is the perfect choice!

MM1321****Whenever I book a hotel, I usually choose LeFeng. This time, when we drove by this hotel, my husband immediately fell in love. The hotel is located in the city center, with a nice decor, clean rooms, and smart phones throughout. The amenities are well-equipped and convenient, and the staff are warm, attentive, and helpful. The free laundry service is also a great convenience. We originally planned to stay for just one night, but we extended our stay for two more because we slept so well. If I hadn't been working back home, I'd have loved staying longer.
The hotel's breakfast is quite generous, with plenty of people dining and a lovely atmosphere.
There's also a foot massage parlor next to the hotel, which is very nice and formal. It's worth a visit to relax after a hard day's hike.
For dining, there are many options nearby, but we followed Dianping's recommendations and went to Hangkong Road.
Visiting Enshi in the summer is a great choice. It's a great escape from the heat, and walking through the Grand Canyon and feeling the cool, natural breeze is incredibly refreshing.
Enshi is a clean and tidy city, which makes sense given its appeal to so many tourists.

FFadzillahThis is the 1st hotel i stayed, when i arrived in China. I had a pleasant experience overall. The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver for my late check-in at 12:30 am, and the staff were welcoming despite the odd hour.
The room was clean and cozy, with a queen bed spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of three. The room was quiet providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Although the staff didn’t speak English, they went above and beyond to assist us using a translator app. They were incredibly helpful in setting up the Wi-Fi, explaining food options, and ensuring the room heater was functioning properly—this made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Their breakfast was basic but with lotsa options and delish. We love the mantao. And they lemonade tea qas so soothing. Oh and they welcome drink at front desk was good too.
Another bonus was the hotel's convenient location. Right in front of the building, there were several small convenience stores stocked with drinks and snacks, perfect for quick necessities. And easy excess to taxi.
Overall, this hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, even with the language barrier. I’d happily recommend it to other travelers visiting Enshi.

__WeChat355450****This stay experience was a surprise beyond expectations! The enthusiasm of the proprietress made us feel the warmth of home from the moment we stepped into the hotel. The basic room type originally booked, the proprietress offered to upgrade us to a view room with bay windows when we checked in, and also intimately introduced the characteristics of the room - the wood-colored furniture with soft lighting, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The details of the room are even more careful: the bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation, and the smart toilet and constant temperature shower are all available; the bedding is made of high-branch cotton fabric, and the touch is soft as if wrapped in clouds.
What moved us most was the proprietress's attention to the needs of the guests. Knowing that we planned to visit the surrounding attractions, she not only hand-painted a detailed road map, but also helped contact the pick-up service for the viewing attractions in the early morning the next day. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, and even the green plants in the corner were carefully wiped, which made people sigh that this is the real ”cleanliness cleanliness”. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, surrounded by a night market full of fireworks, there are also high-end business districts, travel and shopping are very convenient.
Such an accommodation experience has the quality guarantee of star-rated hotels and the warm atmosphere of a homestay. When I left, the proprietress also presented local specialties. This heart has doubled our goodwill for the city. Next time I come to Enshi, this must be our first choice!
