The rooms are equipped with fiber optic broadband, Internet TV, independent air conditioning, HIGH-DEFINITION projection, air purifier, full floor heating coverage, independent toilet, uninterrupted hot shower and so on.

"The location of the hotel is good, there are many small restaurants around, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The girl at the front desk of the hotel had a very good attitude and gave a small bag of fruit. The only problem is that there is no window in the family room. It is really depressing to live in. It is okay to stay for one night occasionally. It is not recommended to choose this room type for more stays. It is still happy to have a window. With two 1.8-size beds, it is no problem to live in four or two small rooms. Compared with the price of two standard rooms, this is still the most cost-effective. The sanitation is good, the sound insulation is average, and the night sleep is very solid. The breakfast is halal and there are many types. Everything is good except that there is no window."

"The front desk brother is kind and civilized. The room is clean. Although the sparrow is small, the facilities are newer. The service is good. The hotel has a big factory 1 bus station. The opposite is the yellow wheat field. This narrow road is said to be a local commercial street. There is a life square in the west at the crossroads. The county town is like Rural paths that cross the East and West Go to Chaobaihe Beach Sakura Park Central Park Fifth Ring Park is convenient"

"Hotel location is OK, parking at the door, charging, the room is quite big, very quiet, the facilities in the house are quite complete, there are tables, two chairs, easy to eat and work. But the health is lacking. 1. I wanted to eat on the table, but I felt the soil with my hands. 2. There is still half a cup of water in the bathroom paper cup. It should be left by the previous accommodation person. 3. There are dirt and long hair on the bathroom floor. This proves that the bathroom does not seem to have been hygienic. 4. The water cup in the house is open, there is no bag to put, no upside down, 4. The quilt is too thick, but fortunately the air conditioner is strong, otherwise you can't sleep."

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
