"We upgraded to the Muyun Grassland Courtyard room, and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were just as breathtaking as in the pictures. The bedding was very comfortable, and the automatic blackout curtains worked perfectly, ensuring a great night's sleep. From the guesthouse courtyard, you can directly see the volcano; the sunset was beautiful, and at night, you could gaze at a sky full of stars. The guesthouse is only a few hundred meters from the entrance of the Ulan Hada Volcano Scenic Area, a ten-minute walk or a one-minute drive, which was incredibly convenient. We ended up visiting the scenic area both the day before and the day after our one-night stay! The food in the restaurant was also delicious, with all dishes freshly stir-fried. The staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally warm and attentive, anticipating our needs and offering great advice for visiting the volcano. Thanks to one of the staff's recommendations, we set out around 4 or 5 PM in June and witnessed the most beautiful Volcano No. 5 at sunset! I would honestly come back to Ulan Hada just to stay at this hotel again!"

"Choosing Shan Yin Qi Zhu was absolutely the right decision for our family trip to Ulan Hada! The room was spacious and bright, plenty of room for my three-year-old to run and play. There's also an enclosed small courtyard where he immediately started playing freely, so we didn't have to constantly watch him. The owner even gave free fireworks to the kids, and my son played so much he didn't want to come back inside. The breakfast, with its buns and millet porridge, was light and perfect for my child's taste. The owner also gave us some homemade, additive-free milk candy, which my son clutched and ate the whole way. It’s only about a twenty-minute drive to the volcano, and the owner even recommended a less crowded, gentle slope route, which made climbing with a child totally manageable. Our whole family had a fantastic time, I highly recommend this place for families with kids!"

"The flight camp has a fantastic location, just over a kilometer east of the North Visitor Center of the Volcanic Geological Park. It has 10 rooms, all very new and well-equipped despite their small size, with smart technology and balconies. The service was excellent; the young man who greeted us was handsome and proactively helped with our luggage. The complimentary breakfast was quite substantial, including millet porridge, eggs, kimchi, fried dough sticks, and corn. The restaurant also serves full meals; we tried the roasted lamb leg, which was delicious, but reservations need to be made an hour and a half in advance. We originally booked only one night, but the stay was so comfortable that we extended it for another night. Room 01 offers a direct view of Volcano No. 3 from the bed, and the electric skylight in the roof allows for stargazing at night. Best of all, pets are allowed."

"First, the pros: the room facilities were decent, the room was quiet, parking was convenient, and the Wi-Fi was fast.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. There is no laundry room in Building A. This should be clearly stated. You have to take your dirty clothes to the VIP building, wash them, and then retrieve them yourself. Even after washing and drying, you have to retrieve them yourself again. There's no one to collect laundry late at night, so I didn't use it.
2. The children's toothbrush and slippers listed on the product page were not provided.
(I drove from the city center late at night to stay here because of these two points.)
3. Only two bottles of mineral water are free; others are chargeable. (I haven't stayed in a hotel with limited bottled water in the last two years.)
4. I don't know if it was just me or something else, but as soon as I turned on the air conditioner, the entire room was filled with secondhand smoke!!! Why?!
(Also, I only discovered that booking through Douyin (TikTok) was cheaper than through Ctrip after I checked in.)"

"The hotel is very conspicuous in the pile of gray-puffed homestays around the volcano. Because it is new, the room facilities are very well laid out. The room is also very clean and tidy. There are six bottles of mineral water, which is very good. lienesadventuresGreat location just under 10-minute drive away from the Volcanoes Park North entrance. We arrived very late and the owner kept the restaurant open to make us some dinner. The breakfast was very tasty with several local specialties like meat buns, yoghurt pancakes, and their own free-range chicken eggs. It all appealed even to our Westerner taste buds! Our favorite breakfast of the trip! The property is not large, but it is very tidy and clean with a courtyard, lawn, paved walkways and lounging areas. The room was exceptionally clean as well - clean floors, clean bathroom and clean white sheets (which is not always a guarantee...). We had a spacious 2-storey loft which our kids enjoyed. Of note - the stairs are very steep to the loft. The beds were quite hard (something we have already come to expect in China), so we used one of the comforters as extra padding. While it was nearly +25 degrees outside, the air conditioning worked great. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend!

Exceeded the expected stay experience! Arrived at 9 o'clock the night before, and I could eat a hot dinner. The roast lamb chops were really amazing! The owner of the hotel was very enthusiastic and prepared fruit for us. The room was large and tidy. The bath towels and face towels were also disposable. I like this very much~ The hotel provides free Mongolian costumes to experience, very popular! Behind the house is the No. 8 volcano. I got up in the morning and finished breakfast. I went out and turned left and went directly into the scenic spot. I avoided the long queue at the entrance of the scenic spot. On the first day of the trip to Inner Mongolia, I experienced the enthusiasm of the locals and I was very happy. ❤️

The B&B is located in the B&B Village near the north exit of the Volcano Park. It's very convenient to reach after touring the area. The courtyard is filled with beautiful geraniums in full bloom. The owner and his wife were very warm and friendly, making us feel like home after a long journey. We booked a family cabin on the second floor and were pleasantly surprised. The child's bed was placed against the wall to prevent them from falling, a very thoughtful touch. The room was also very clean. The children had a blast playing on the second-floor terrace, and the adults were also very relaxed and comfortable. The overall experience was a perfect score!

We arrived at three o'clock in the afternoon and asked the store to cook. We, a family of three, ordered mutton noodles because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to eat them. It was a big bowl and it was very hot. After that, we went to Crater No. 3 and felt warm and energetic! 😊
The fried egg with scallions is a special feature. It tastes good and is worth recommending. However, the price of this meal is really not low. I couldn’t find any good restaurants nearby. It’s convenient for everyone to eat at my residence~
The most surprising thing is that the boss organized a bonfire party in the evening and set off fireworks. It was very lively, just like the Chinese New Year. On the 15th day of the month, the moon is 16 full, so we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival at his house (by the way, the store gave away local mooncakes during the meal🥮), and the bonfire and fireworks sent stars to the stars to welcome the arrival of the National Day!

XingyunerXHAfter exploring the volcano until after 6 PM, I found a yurt homestay nearby to experience what it's like. I've seen so many movies and TV shows about Mongolian nomads, and today it was my turn to sleep in a place like Princess Huazheng's!
I stayed at the Aliwusu Volcano Homestay, which is just a ten-minute drive from the North Gate of the volcano. I chose a yurt with a green interior, matching the color of the grasslands, which felt very fresh. Lying in bed, I could see vast stretches of grassland with cattle and sheep grazing leisurely.
The large yurt in the center served as the banquet hall, and its interior was just like what I'd seen on TV – authentic Mongolian style.
After breakfast, I went up the mountain to look for agates and was surprised to find that I could see two volcanoes right from there! I also fed the sheep and rabbits. I really love the free and easy lifestyle of the nomadic people.

This campsite must be reviewed highly, it is so good.
Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm.
Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day.
Here comes the key point: the service is great! The service is great! The service is great! Say important things three times. The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite.
Generally speaking, the most amazing thing about this trip to Ulanqab is not the scenic spots, but this camping trip. As a first-time camping person, I fell in love with it every minute. It gave me this kind of experience in a fast-paced city. People who are busy at work can relax like never before. Thumbs up👍👍👍

Cleanliness: Clean and cozy; it's rare to find such clean and cozy accommodation in such a remote location.
Environment: The filming location for ”Goodbye My Love,” the surrounding area is quiet, and the residents are all locals, very kind and simple. You can see a shepherd herding sheep right outside the door. There are bonfire activities and fireworks at night.
Service: Everyone was very warm and attentive. When we arrived, our room was on the shady side and a bit cold. Worried that our child might get cold at night, the manager kindly upgraded us to a larger room on the sunny side. Thank you! 🙏🏻

The room was fairly comfortable and the service was really great. But we kept finding little beetles in our room which made me so itchy at night when sleeping. Also I don’t think they cleaned the floor because we found fake eyelashes and old contact lens on the bathroom floor which was very nasty. They have a washing machine available which was very convenient especially after spending a day in the volcanoes where it’s dusty and all our clothes were dirty. Breakfast was alright…typical inner Mongolian breakfast, nothing special. There’s actually no volcano view but it didn’t really matter much. We were on the second floor and it was nice to be up there. I wish they had better soundproofing windows because every night there’s fireworks and they were so loud and went on until midnight. With a young child, it was impossible to sleep early. Overall, the service was really great!

The most surprising thing about this trip was staying in a unique yurt homestay! The facilities in the yurt are very complete, and the air conditioning solves the worry of being afraid of the cold. The yurt is very ethnic. Lying in the yurt at night and looking at the starry sky through the skylight is so beautiful that it is breathtaking. The service of the young man at the front desk was very good. He helped me with my luggage. I was very touched. I will stay in this homestay again when I come to Volcano!
