The service was terrible. I live on the 9th floor, and there was a very loud banging noise from the floor above in the morning. When I checked in the night before, I emphasized to the front desk many times that I must arrange a quiet room, and repeatedly asked to confirm whether there would be any noise upstairs. She said that the conference and restaurant on the highest floor of the 9th floor accommodation would not be noisy, but when I asked her about restaurants and meetings in general, she said no. As a result, I couldn't sleep the next day because of the noise.
There were many empty rooms, and we were arranged to a room close to breakfast. We repeatedly requested to be moved to a room not close to the restaurant, but we were moved to a room opposite the restaurant.
The next day after checking out, she realized she forgot to take something with her. Another front desk clerk was on duty, so she asked her to swipe her card and go up to get it. However, the door could not be opened because she swiped the wrong room number. . . When I asked her to get a room card, she was very slow and made her wait for a long time. The aunt who came to open the door had a gloomy face the whole time.
The room rate was more expensive when I booked it, and then it dropped. They didn't remind me to cancel or rebook, but just said they would give me two breakfasts. However, it was still more expensive than the original price, which was very dishonest.

No place to park. The room facilities are too old, the bath towels are frayed, and there are no face towels or hand towels. It takes about 10 minutes to use the toilet after flushing it, otherwise the water in the toilet pool will not come up. All in all, the experience was very bad. The price is more than 300 per night, which is less than 100 per night for a budget hotel.

A very fair review, no praise or criticism, and without any emotion: 1. It clearly stated on the hotel introduction that dogs are not allowed, but the dog next door barked all night and I really wanted to curse. Don’t interpret it as a guide dog. The Teddy dog next door probably can’t be a guide dog. 2. There is still nearly an hour left before the end of breakfast, and there is nothing but a pot of porridge and a few eggs. If you don't make up for the meal, just refund the customer 20 yuan and order KFC takeout. Don't entertain guests at all. You don't treat them as human beings. 3.The room is very clean. 4. The water is not hot even after being turned on to the highest setting for a long time. 5. The heater in the room was broken. I called and an old man was sent immediately. He repaired it very seriously, professionally and quickly. I was very touched. I am always moved by people who work hard. Overall, I give the hotel 90 points, which is worth the price.

I stayed in this hotel for two consecutive nights. I was so tired on the first day that I went to bed early and didn’t feel anything. On the second night, I was woken up by mosquitoes in the middle of the night. I asked the front desk if there were mosquito coils. The answer was that there were mosquito coils, but they would find me if they touched the carpet. I said that you could use electric mosquito coils or a drag tray. The guy directly said that there were no mosquito coils, and then emphasized that you could use mosquito coils, but you would have to pay for it if you touched the carpet. I asked him what to do then, and he said that I would have to pay for it if I touched the carpet. He was really mad! There are a hundred ways to say the same sentence, but I choose to express it in a way that makes people feel uncomfortable! It feels like a trap. You either let the mosquito bite you, or you risk paying for the carpet! hehe! I think the mosquito incident is not an isolated case. It is really disheartening to encounter such a situation with such a solution!

This is a very warm hotel 🏨. The hotel service attitude is very good. The lady at the front desk is beautiful and gentle. The service is very good. She is proactive, enthusiastic and friendly.
