The property backs onto a brook, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting, and is a short walk to the beach on Falls Lake, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the views.We have 2 generous bedrooms, both with Queen Size beds, and plenty of character.couch is available to use as a bad as well.There are also 2 compact camp cots that are great for children to sleep on, but not recommended for adults.The full 4 piece bathroom is stocked with towels, and a first aid kit, no need to bring your own!The full kitchen provides all the space you need for cooking and dining, as well as cooking materials, pots and pans, baking sheets, herbs and spices, salt and pepper, olive oil - all those things we usually forget at home. Theres no need to bring them! We've got you covered.The BBQ is available for your use outside, along with BBQ utensils, and ketchup and mustard.Make use of the fire table outside, propane tank provided, with an extra in case it is needed.(Unfortunately, the heat lamp does not work, not that you'd need it this time of year)The cupboards are stocked with board games, cards, a record player with a large selection of vinyl records.We have outdoor games for the kids (and big kids ;) ) - frisbee, basketball, FrisJam, and plenty of beach towels.Washer and Dryer are also available to you, with soap provided. Make yourself at home :)Just down the road, there is a kids jungle gym, and sports field for soccer, volleyball, badminton, or basketball.Feel free to take advantage of the amenities at the Falls Lake Campground rec centre (also just down the street, an 8 minute walk away!) Welcome to Falls Lake Burrow, just steps from Falls Lake, NS. This private retreat provides the perfect getaway to escape and unwind. Only a short 150m stroll to deeded private beach, dock, and boat launch. Spectacular screened patio with hot tub to bask in nature bug-free. Hot tub is open year-round! Outside, a fire pit and outdoor games, along with beach chairs.Inside the cottage you will find an equipped kitchen, ready to cook all your meals at the cottage. Included in the kitchen are tea, coffee, some spices and sugar. Our eat-in kitchen is open-concept with our living room. We included puzzles, games, cards, and books to enjoy during your stay. We offer Netflix, Disney+, Roku, DVD Player with 100s of DVD.Our primary bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe, luggage rack, and charging ports. The secondary bedroom offers a bunk-bed with a double lower bunk, and twin upper bunk, wardrobe, and luggage rack; as well as a stacking washer/dryer for your family's use during your stay (with laundry pods provided). We have a 4-piece bathroom, equipped with basic amenities (including a starter amount of toilet paper, shampoo and body wash). We supply bath towels and beach towels for each guest. We have a private hot tub on the screened-in porch. The manufacturer lists as a 4-person tub, we find it is cozy with 3-4 people. We have a propane, flat top BBQ on the porch.We offer Gigabit 1.5 WiFi for working from home, able to support multiple online meetings/school/devices at once!15 minutes to Ski Martock, easy day trips for lunch to Windsor (25mins), Chester (30mins), Wolfville (40mins).
