The breakfast variety is acceptable, and the coffee area has a rich variety. The sink in the bathroom is oversized, making it easy to place items. There is a sink at the entrance for guests to use at the same time, which is a highlight. The coffee machine is high-end and fast, and the microwave oven is new. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is noisy and the wi-fi doesn't work at all."

"It’s an okay place to stay for a night after a long journey. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order during our stay due to a broken heater. We tried the hot tub, but the water was too hot to get in. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. The hallway was very cold, and the draft made its way into our room. The bathroom had a strange smell, but it appeared clean."

"The proprietor is trying you can see that. They were very pleasant at the front desk. The room and furnishings were subpar.
The real kicker was the surprise that they did not have an elevator! We were on the 3 rd floor and had to lug our bags up one long flight of stairs!😳"

"The room was large, the facilities were new and complete, and the breakfast was good, which was a pleasant surprise during this trip to Banff. It is also not far from Riverside Park in the center of the town, so it is suitable for driving there for a walk after dinner."

I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee …
The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down

RrohitsharingSpacious rooms with great views. The breakfast was average with the scope of improvements there. Service quality was good overall. On amenities there’s a gym and swimming pool. Swimming pool is good for kids as it has a nice slide (although I saw even adults using it). Parking is no fuss and there’s protected areas and outdoor parking options. The location is good. Few shops here and there (it’s a small stopover town between Vancouver and Banff). There’s a Costco 5-7 mins drive to refuel or buy stuff.

The room we got initially had a broken door that couldn’t lock so we had to pack up and move to another room. Happy that the hotel upgraded us a suite as they were not able to find a room that had the same layout as the one we booked.

GGuestMiaSundance Lodge has the perfect location in sun peaks. Buttons restaurant is attached with excellent food, and overlooks the ski slopes. We went in the summer and enjoyed hiking, nature and biking. Being in the heart of town and activities we explored the village. We had such a lovely room with a kitchen and separate bedroom. Front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. We attended a free concert and took in some great restaurants. wonderful accommodation.

There is no environment at all. There are two gas stations on the side of the road. The price of Kamloops 87 gasoline is 1.129 Canadian dollars, which is much cheaper than Vancouver. Vancouver is 1.5-1.6 Canadian dollars. Parking is free. All hotels do not have slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, hair dryer

AAnonymous UserFront desk person was welcoming and friendly. The room was mostly clean but bedsheets had small stains and didn’t seem to be washed. Train is close by and can be heard whenever it rolls by. The bed wasn’t terrible but it definitely needed replacement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even if you’re on a budget like we are.

KK Hoffman (Canada)I felt safe taking my dog out for walks around the neighborhood. There weren't any unsavory characters hanging around the parking lot or in the neighborhood. There was a nice neighborhood a block away and you can see that the owners took pride in their gardens.

GGuest UserThe hotel is cleaner and spacious than expected. We arrived on August 15. The hotel helped turn on the heating before we checked in. The room was already very warm when we arrived.
Although the hotel is on the side of the road, the sound is good and the night is very quiet. I will stay if I have the opportunity next time. The only pity is that there is no fitness equipment.
There is a gas station 200 meters away from the hotel, which is a ”gas station ⛽️” for the next journey.

The hotel has the oldest elevator in Ganlu City, which is almost a hundred years old. It is slow and has a small space. It can accommodate two people and two boxes at most.
The room is old and small, but clean. One night's rest along the way in the Rocky Mountains is enough.
Reminder, the parking lot outside the hotel has different colored lines. If you park wrong, you will be fined 70 yuan.
