"I loved this hotel.. the room was nice and clean ,the bed was super comfortable as well as the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant and pub pipers is wonderful with really good food at reasonable prices and open for breakfast at 6am.. i will definitely stay again.."

"In our opinion, the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Belleville, Ontario should be the benchmark for all such hotels. My husband and I have been traveling from Indiana to Quebec for some years, and this hotel provided our best experience _ever_ for our overnight stay on our trip, going up or coming back. The desk clerk, a very helpful young woman named Raymon M., was exceedingly kind and personable as well as professional. We called when we found ourselves downtown with no hotel in sight, and Ray quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the solution (we'd left out part of the address in the GPS), then watched for us to arrive, and made us feel welcome when we did. The room rate was quite reasonable, and they were able to give us a ground floor room, as requested. The hotel was very clean and clearly well cared for, in our room as well as in the public areas. The breakfast options were fresh and ample, including fresh fruit as well as cereal (for me), a waffle iron (which my husband loved) and sausages that looked (and apparently tasted) like good quality sausages. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel wasn't just one of a cluster of such hotels near the 401, and that there were ample resources nearby for food, though we arrived in the late evening. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Belleville has become our go-to for our future driving trips up to Quebec. In fact, I wish I could clone it and set the clones down wherever we need to stop overnight! It is SO good. ~ Rebecca & James Longster (Stay: Dec 20-21, 2024)"

"WOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!"

"We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, the suite was clean, and the breakfast had a better selection than expected. The suite came fully stocked with everything we needed. The room had dish soap and other items that we've found lacking at other suites. We'll now be looking for TownePlace Suites."

"The autumn leaves near here fell late and look good. There is a eagle lookout near the 5-minute drive to see autumn leaves. The facilities are complete, there are many parking spaces, and the rooms are not very soundproof."

"A quick stay for us to attend a nearby event, so the location was perfect, just off Highway 401. The rooms are satisfactory in size and cleanliness, and the complimentary soaps and shampoo were delicious smelling. The complimentary breakfast was standard but tasty, and highly appreciated. I was very disappointed that the pool was out of commission for our stay, as I was not given advance notice of this when booking; I specifically booked this hotel because there was an indoor pool. The gym is small but adequate and there were sufficient machines and weights to have a reasonable workout."

"The room is very good. The couple's beds are large and comfortable. The room has a express coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The fridge is a little noisy. The breakfast is very good and complete."
