Our property is located in Vancouver Richmond, a 12-15 minute drive from the airport. The property is located in an independent house, which has two floors. The rented houses are on the first floor, and our staff live on the second floor. Free parking is available in both the front and back yards of the house. There is a bus stop at the door, and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the shopping center. It is very convenient to live and travel. We provide kitchenware, tableware, dining area, leisure area, smoking area, etc. The style of the room is minimalist, with no too much decoration. There are restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gyms, family doctors, pharmacies and so on near the property.

This hotel where I stayed this time was really wonderful. First of all, my first impression when I arrived was that the room was very clean and spacious! It was actually much more spacious than it looked in the photos, and there was plenty of space even when I opened my suitcase. The room was well-cleaned, and not only the floors and bathrooms, but even the tops of the shelves and corners were kept clean, so I was able to stay comfortably.
What I particularly appreciated was that the room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Since it was a long-term stay, I knew I would need to do laundry during the stay, but it was really helpful to be able to do the washing and drying in the room without having to go outside. It was easy to operate, and I was grateful that detergent and other supplies were also available.
There was also a bathtub in the bathroom, so I was able to thoroughly soothe my tired feet after walking around sightseeing. The water pressure and temperature adjustment of the shower were no problem, so I was able to use it comfortably both in the morning and at night. There aren't many rooms with bathtubs these days, so this was a really nice point.
And what impressed me most of all was the kindness of the owner. He was very polite from the time I checked in, and he was kind enough to tell me about nearby recommended restaurants. They responded to our questions promptly, allowing us to stay without worry. Even small requests during our stay were readily accommodated, giving us a sense of security.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities and service, and this is a hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. We can confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family. The quiet, relaxing environment was a great way to fully relax after a long day of travel. Thank you so much!

We paid $289 incl. Taxes had to pay an extra $22 for parking which I wasn't aware of. Room was clean other than coke stains on the wall and water in the sink not draining very good. The view was a concrete wall of the next building. 🥴

I stayed here from May 16th to 19th, and it was exactly the kind of hotel I needed after a long flight from Korea to Vancouver. The room was spacious and clean — it honestly made me feel like a successful woman living her best life. Everything was super comfortable and well-maintained.
The location was also perfect. I could walk to most of the main attractions, and whenever I needed a break, I could easily come back to the hotel to rest before heading out again. It really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable.
And I can’t forget to mention the staff — every single person I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. Their warm hospitality made my stay even better.
Thanks to this hotel, my memories of Vancouver are extra special. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The swimming pool is enjoyable, although it can get a bit crowded at times. Of course, the casino is a central attraction, adding excitement to the stay. Location is really good. The hotel is just within a 10-minute walk from Gateway station. Besides, there’s a supermarket and several cafeterias nearby. The front desk and staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cozy and super clean. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast.
The drawbacks are that there’s no bottled water and slippers in the rooms, and that the hotel is very close to the road. Noise from outside may be disturbing in some rooms.
Overall experience is pretty good. Decent 4 out of 5.

Private house in quiet neighborhood. Friendly Chinese owner. Something different from western hospitality, but with good intentions. It was known that it is a shared bathroom/toilet, which, however, somewhat affects the rating. Use light sparingly by not plugging nightlights into sockets. Dining room area with refrigerator and limited cutlery, but with sink and hot water. Shoes must be taken off in the hall at the front door, slippers are offered by the landlord for use indoors. No easy door PIN codes, which hinders quick entry and exit, easy to make mistakes, 6 and 8 numbers and/or symbols to key in. If we don't find something better in the area for our next trip, we will book here again, so we could get on with it.

Check-in is very friendly. Children under 12 years old do not need an extra bed and receive extra breakfast. The room has a typical American design that is clean and simple. There is a Tim Hortons fast food restaurant to the left of the hotel exit. The experience is very good and it is worth recommending.

Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

JJanez VoDear Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.
Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.

HHai ZhuClose to downtown, easy access to eats, drinks and transit. Room is big and well maintained. Shampoo and body wash were prepared. Bedding was comfortable with three pillows. Sound isolation seemed to be good.
Washbasin was in the living room. For drinking water, you would need to bring water bottles yourself, or boil water in the kitchen, which is in a separate unit or another floor. those are a little inconvenient for me.

WWing nan WinnieIt was a wonderful hotel to stay in during transit, the room was clean, today and quiet. The staff was friendly and respond to our need quickly. Airport transfer was convenient, quick, and frequent. It was a good choice with value for money.
GGuest UserIt's worth it and the hotel is very good. The atmosphere is like a castle, beautiful inside and outside. The room key card is made of wood. There is a large swimming pool. You can leave your bags before checking in and after checking out. The location is also very good, not far from Canada Place. The luggage storage staff helped us very well even though we had many bags to leave. If I have a chance to go to Vancouver again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe room we were in backed onto the nightclub located beside the hotel. Friday night I was able to sleep with earplugs and block most of the bass out but Saturday night was louder both the music and dj. Sadly the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I had a spring in my hip and it was concave in the center. Our daughters tried to stay overnight on the pull out sofa and the mattress on it was next level awful!! The restaurant Morriseys next door has an amazing new chef and their fish & chips was amazing!! You get a 25% discount at the restaurant with your stay at the hotel. Overall the hotel was mostly clean, and the staff were friendly and polite.

Bbarb SteinbrennerWe had a great stay at the Best Western plus Burnaby. It was very convenient.. walking distance to Metrotown Mall, our appointment and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from.
It's not a new hotel but updated Bed was comfortable.
The only wish we have is for real cups and plates, in room and at breakfast.
AAGM03The location was good, not core Downtown.
Staff was pleasant.
Easy check in and check out.
Room was clean, with enough towels and toiletries.
Fridge was empty, no complimentary water - I later realised this is a Vancouver thing.
There is a restaurant by the lobby, where you'll get a 10% discount only if you show your key and you are eating in.
The ambience was good, lovely staff especially YuHi.

RRV888It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.
CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉
