Coral Breeze is conveniently located in George Town and is within a 20 minute walking radius of restaurants, food stores, banks, the water taxi and a beach. However, I suggest a car rental for your convenience. Coral Breeze has a spacious design with pocket doors through out. The living area is open to the kitchen and houses a queen pull out sofa.The kitchen is equiped with stainless steel appliances and all basic cookware, dishes and flatware.The bedroom holds a queen sized bed with an over sized tub and walk in closet.There is an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The bathroom can also be accessed from a hall entry. Sleeps 6 (max. 4 adults-18 yrs and over).Our tropical island home, nestled at the top of a hill on two private lots among lush tropical vegetation, offers a spacious, comfortable, open floor layout with a bright living room, large windows and sliding doors leading to the large wrap around deck, where the beautiful Exuma views seem to unfold at your feet , thus the name: “window of the sea”! The living room has comfortable seating for relaxing, taking in the amazing views or watching favorites on the large TV equipped with a fire stick. The open kitchen is well appointed with new appliances and all necessities and has a peninsula for seating two, while the dining table seats four. Our interior décor is modern and comfortable with a touch of Caribbean vibe. The spacious master bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with shower, a comfortable king size bed with quality white cotton linens, smaller TV, double dresser, a spacious closet and large sliding doors to the wrap around deck outside. The second bedroom has two queen beds with cotton linens, double dresser, TV and spacious closet and sliding doors to the outside. A second bathroom with a tub/shower is next to the second bedroom, accessible from the hallway, where a chic laundry area is equipped with a full washer and dryer. There is something for everyone at our lovely home. The villa will accommodate four people comfortably but, in some situations, we may agree to a fifth guest if requested before booking. If we agree, we will provide a comfortable foldaway bed in the guest bedroom. The resort has a stunning infinity freshwater pool and sandy beach at the Beach Club, which is a 3-minute walk away and is available to guests. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance.Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy.
