Traralgon Hotels with Wifi

"Excellent room. Modern and Clean. Highly recommend. Good location. All the amenities that you need."

"Service was great, we arrived late and had to call the number at reception, they were very helpful. The room was nice and cosy, the bathroom was lovely and the location was perfect."

"Mantra is now owned by AccorHotels. Its room amenities are similar to Mercure's. They don't provide toiletries or slippers, and the room cleanliness is average. The hand soap bottle is dirty and dusty, and the windowsills are covered in dust. Mercure offers a complimentary snack bag and a small bottle of wine and water. I didn't drink the wine, so I can't comment on it. But breakfast was silent. It cost 120 yuan per person, and the six items were the same for locals: bread, eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms, and a drink. There were two female receptionists, one of whom was a local and friendly. However, I felt treated rather harshly by the other, a Latino receptionist. I won't call it discrimination, but during my entire 10-day trip, across different hotels, this receptionist was the only one who insisted on registering my passport and credit card. Even though the room had already been paid, they didn't ask for a credit card pre-authorization or a deposit, but simply demanded my entire credit card and passport. When I asked, they said there was no deposit, and the room was already paid, so they didn't need a pre-authorization. So, what was the point of all this? In Australian hotels, you don't actually need to show your passport. I didn't encounter this requirement at any other hotel, except this one. It was a rule. I'm not sure if it's targeting people of color or Ctrip. The two white people who were waiting for us checked us in for just 2 minutes. If we hadn't gone to Bulga National Park and had nowhere else to stay, we wouldn't have stayed at this hotel!"

"Cost-effective, light and clean with heating; the reception desk checks in quickly; the wrong toilet system is relatively fine but the problem is not big. The lack of bed is too soft, the train sound is passed into the room all night, it affects sleep, WiFi is weak. It is worth staying for one and a half nights."

"We were on the journey and only stayed there one night. Very nice staff, pleasant rooms and optimal location. Only makel, I would have wished some fresh fruit or vegetables for breakfast. But otherwise everything top."

"What it looks like in website is not what it is when you be there, Most of the kids play was close Could not charge my ev on site it was just normal plug in… Need to update website and venue"

"The service from the receptionist (Kavi) is excellent, expecting a hot tub/ spa in the king studio all the way to Traralgon, however we only knew it doesn’t have any spa or hot tub included although it was stated on their website 🥲 other than that, the room is spacious and comfortable, the food is great as well"

"The hotel is on the left side of the road, but it takes a circle to get in. When we arrived at more than 5 pm, the hotel had no staff. There is a phone number on the door. For English-speaking people, you can call to know where the key is placed. We don’t understand English. Fortunately, we met an enthusiastic elderly person who came to stay. Help us call. Finally, I got the key under the floor mat at the door and checked out the next day. I found out that there was a double floor mat at the door of our room. Probably the boss knew that we were foreigners and didn't put the key in the password box. The room has a big bed, a small bed, a microwave, a refrigerator. The bedding and towels are very clean."

"Room was great but did smell like smoke, also hair dryer kept over heating and some pillows were very lumpy. The beds were great. "
