The unit is attached to the main house but is completely self contained with independent access. It is not recommended to leave your car parked in the gate opening whilst the gate is open just as a precaution.Other things to note:We are located 16.5km from the Sirromet winery and are also close to assorted wedding venues in that area. Sirromet is a $20 to $30 Uber ride & the wait for an uber is usually under 5 minutes. Gold Coast theme parks are 30 km away & there are a number of top rated golf courses within a short drive. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and features a gated entrance for your security. The Daisy Hill Koala Park is just 10 minutes drive. The sofa coverts to a very comfortable double bed if required. Air conditioning fitted as from 6th March 2019.
