"This is the best and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in within an Australian scenic area. Many hotels near attractions I've been to are either old, in poor condition, or overpriced. The deluxe room's facilities are new, and the design is very modern and comfortable. I believe this deluxe room is well worth the price. The hotel's service was also excellent. I checked in at noon and noticed some equipment outside my room. As soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they immediately moved me to a quiet room. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting from 5:30 AM. For dinner, we ordered BBQ steak, pizza, and salad, all of which were delicious. The beer was also fragrant and tasty. The hotel even has its own observation deck where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Kings Canyon range against the sunset. The sky, lit up by the evening glow, was especially captivating. It's only a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the start of the Kings Canyon walking trail. Waking up, having a good breakfast, and then going hiking was so easy and enjoyable. If I ever get the chance to visit Kings Canyon again, I will definitely choose to stay here."

"The Lost Camel is mid range accommodation in the resort, it is expensive but it’s in the middle of nowhere so no complaints there. Overall the amenities and choices in the resort is great, we were pleased with our stay."

"The room was spacious and reasonably clean. The entire resort is a small area built in the middle of the desert, so you can't expect a super 5-star experience, but it has everything you need and the facilities are complete. I'd say it's on par with some four-star hotels in China. It's inevitable to have some small insects in this kind of location, fewer in winter, but I did find a bee in the room and successfully fought it off, which is a normal occurrence. The service was good, with a 24-hour front desk, and they were very helpful and attentive in answering all sorts of questions. The two best restaurants in the resort are located within Desert Garden, so the biggest advantage of staying here is the convenience for dining."

"While the facilities aren't new, the cleanliness was impeccable, and I appreciated having a separate toilet and shower. The only amenity provided was hand soap, so I brought everything else I needed. With a restaurant and a KIOSK on-site, finding good food was never an issue. You can also use the cooking space to self-cater if you bring your own ingredients and equipment; I saw many guests who had driven there doing just that. And above all, the observation deck here is uncrowded and highly recommended! We didn't have great weather during our optional tour and missed the sunrise, so the next day we woke up early, went to this observation deck, and were rewarded with a beautiful blue sky view of Uluru. Since Uluru trips primarily involve sunrise/sunset tours and trekking, and you won't be spending much time in your room, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to save on accommodation costs.🤗"

"I really have to commend the service at this hotel. It's not just the 24-hour front desk that's always ready to help. When you check in, they meticulously explain all the hotel facilities, shuttle bus information, and even double-check your flight details to ensure you get to the airport smoothly. Here's the best part: when I missed the free shuttle to the airport and only had an hour left before my flight, the hotel front desk offered to drive us to the airport in their own car, free of charge! As a result, we arrived at the airport and boarded our flight without any issues."

"I was so lucky to check into the hotel and meet Ms. Nie, the only Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. She patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. That evening, I was unsure about coming to the front desk because I was attending a Chinese stargazing event, but with her help, I confirmed the pick-up location. The next day, I went to the front desk again because I hadn't successfully booked the 'Field of Stars' exhibition. She patiently listened to me and then helped me contact the relevant company. After several negotiations, she finally helped me resolve the issue. Honestly, my English isn't great, and if it weren't for her, I really don't know what I would have done. But she just said, 'It's my job, no need to be polite.' Additionally, there was a small background light in my room that I couldn't turn off. I contacted the front desk staff the next day, and they immediately came to fix it for me. So, I want to say their service is excellent. The hotel is very affordable. For a simple meal, we ordered pizza, fries, and beer. It was delicious. The next day, we went to another hotel, and the food really wasn't as good as theirs. We ate in a temporary shed set up outdoors. In the evening, there was also a singing performance, which was very lively. There's also a BBQ area where you buy your food and grill it yourself. Everyone grilling their own meat with music playing was very lively. Although the exterior of the hotel rooms is quite ordinary, the interior facilities are not old, and it feels very cozy to stay in, with no strange odors. The two single beds in the standard room are very large, making it comfortable to sleep alone. The hotel breakfast is $49 per person, with a good variety of fruits, yogurt, bread, and fried eggs. I genuinely feel that such a breakfast in Australia is quite good. We stayed for two nights, and the room was tidied very cleanly when we returned. Each room has its own air conditioning, so you can turn it on when you go out for stargazing at night and come back to a warm room. The hotel also has its own small observation deck, which is said to be the closest to Uluru in the resort. It's only a 5-minute walk from the room door. Overall, I feel this hotel offers good value for money."

"The room had a living room and a kitchen. It was spacious and comfortable, but the facilities were a bit old. It was very convenient, located in the center of the resort. I want to mention the service was quite good. The Chinese girl at the front desk was very welcoming and told me that breakfast was at the hotel next door, and she would help me order it in advance for a cheaper price. Also, since I arrived in the afternoon, she told me the time and location of the sunset. That evening, I noticed the sheets were a little dirty because I had gone to the buffet at the hotel next door and returned late. I called customer service, and surprisingly, there was a staff member on duty who spoke Chinese. She helped me inquire with the manager. Keep in mind it was already very late; around 11 pm, they found staff to change the sheets for me. The staff member was very polite; seeing me wearing slippers when they came in, they even took them off themselves. They carefully changed all the bedding for me. Honestly, calling at 11 pm and having them help me solve a problem, and having staff come to make my bed, is something I wouldn't even dare to imagine abroad."
