This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the very private harbour entrance, front corner, ground floor. There are two verandas, with the front having magnificent open ocean views looking directly out over Cleveland Bay and across to the lights of Townsville 6 miles away. The harbour side veranda with it's exclusive use side yard is sheltered from the prevailing SE winds and great to relax on when to windy out the front. It has 180 degree views taking in the ocean, harbour and Mount Cook. The noise from ferries and other vessels is absorbed by the harbour's bolder walls making this a delightful spot to watch passing vessels and enjoy the company of the friendly resident Wallabies.
