I got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

I am very satisfied. The two hotels I booked earlier were too bad and the price was too high. I stayed at HANA for two nights and I was very satisfied. The room was very quiet and well-equipped. After staying for two or three days, the hotel started to make Christmas decorations, which was quite early. There is a tea place. The hotel said it is a public part. You can go to make tea and talk. The Chinese at the front desk is good. I don’t need translation software anymore. The room is very clean and has no smell. Room 1 and 6 is highly recommended. It is quiet. big.

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

The hotel just opened, the room facilities are complete and comfortable. It is very close to China Street. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips. There is also a local vegetable market nearby. It is very convenient for food, accommodation and travel.

Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam. Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

This is a new hotel with a nice environment and clean rooms. The 2x2m bed has a thick mattress and is very comfortable. The staff offered tea and were attentive, patient, and attentive. Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.
