"I just saw a friend leave a bad review, and it had the same experience as mine: 1. If you arrive early, you can't check in and have to wait until 2:00 PM. If you want to check in early, it's a 400 RMB fee. This is the hotel's policy, and since you've chosen to comply, there's nothing wrong with that. But what happened next was outrageous. 2. I wanted to extend my stay in my original room, and the front desk told me I could do it (there were rooms available online at the time). I assumed I didn't need to arrive too early. When I went to check in, they told me the on-site rate would increase by over 200 RMB, which I refused. I asked Ctrip for help, and Ctrip customer service was very attentive and tried to communicate with me for a long time, but the front desk said no, there were no rooms available. I had no choice but to move to another hotel, but an hour or two later, the same price and room type were available. What a scam! 3. The hotel's breakfast wasn't commensurate with the price. There are some good points, though; it's a new hotel, and the facilities are decent. I hope they can be more sincere and less tactical with Chinese customers."
