This unique Limestone house was constructed 80 years ago from stone quarried from the property. The house sits on 20 acres and is very private. It was added on and the interior remodeled in the 1960s and just again in late 2019. It is bordered by a park on one side and HaHaTonka State Park on three sides. It is set on a picturesque bank of the Bank Branch Creek that flows into the Lake of the Ozarks. Except right after a rain, the water is 2 ft to 5 feet deep with little to no current, crystal clear and perfect for swimming , kayaking and fishing right outside your door! You can Kayak right into Lake of Ozarks which is a block downstream. There are two double and one single Kayaks , and paddle boards for use at the house. Stays are available year-round to enjoy the seasons.The spaceThe house is a spacious 2,300 sq ft. home. It is two levels.*Main floor with extra-large master with King bed and a full-size futon. The guest room has a Queen bed and a workspace with a desk and chair. Also on this level is the main hall bath, kitchen, dining room and living room.*The lower level has a family room equipped with board games, tv, air hockey and darts. Two twin beds and a full bath.*Outdoors you will have use of the paddle boat, the paddle board, two kayaks, outdoor living room, charcoal grill, man-made sandy beach for the little ones, and a private dock.With the two levels and an acre of private property there is plenty of room for kids and grandparents. This cove is located on a no-wake section of the lake.
