Relax in this expansive property as you lay on the hammock gazing up at sky, BBQ on the deck, play cards by the fire to reconnect. You're minutes away from food, fun, and endless activities at Lake Arrowhead!You’ll feel completely transported the moment you walk in our door. Our cozy and renovated cabin is fully furnished and designed perfectly for all your needs. You will find a welcoming bedroom on the first floor with a queen sized bed, and an oversized loft upstairs with a king sized bed as well as a Pack N Play crib for your convenience for little ones on your trip. We also have high-speed internet perfect for your "work from home" needs. This is the perfect little getaway!Outside:Sit outside in the morning with your cup of coffee either of our two patio decks. The backyard has plenty of room for activities, playhouse for the kids, or gather around the gas-fueled fire pit. The front patio has a dining table & seating for everyone! The views are amazing and the perfect backdrop to your mountain retreat. After you’ve returned from your day-time activities, take a break on our hammock and start up the bbq for a night of grilling and fun!** There is central heat in this rental. Guests are also permitted to use the wood burning fireplace **It may snow during your stay and we will try our best to clear a path with local maintenance services. The steps to access the rental are steep and can be slick at times. We will use snow salt as frequently as possible. If roads are open and you can't make it to the rental no refunds will be issued. This is a beautiful mountain home and you need to be able bodied to access when there is adverse weather.There are no parties or events allowed at the rental.Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. We do provide snow removal in the winter months and do our very best to maintain it but with unpredictable high winds throughout the year, snow drifts are common. All-wheel drive or 4WD vehicle is recommended if snow is in the forecast. Please check the weather forecast before you arrive. Snow chains may be required.
