There is plenty of parking on the street and driveway. Large kitchen that opens up into the living room and dining room makes the house feel roomy. 2 Large bedrooms comfortably contain 2 queen beds in each and a central bathroom rounds out the rooms in the home. Laundry, Wifi, Cable TV, BBQ grill and patio picnic table are all included for your stay. Private outdoor heated pool, spa, & turf paradise! We have a waterfall, waterslide, deck jets to cool off on the hot days! We have a pool house bathroom with pool toy storage for the outdoor fun with outdoor grill, and dining. Outdoor fire pit. Large/open indoor kitchen, dining, & family room. The pool will not be offered heated with the nightly pricing from November to end of February. This can be done for additional fees. We do have a long term tenant that lives in separate unit that is set up to leave it very private for both guests and tenant. Privacy fence is in place and the tenants home is detached from the main home.
