Provided for your use: tennis rackets, balls, pickleball paddles and balls, fishing rods and tackle, ice chest, pool toys, games, puzzles and books. Texas lake levels fluctuate GREATLY- If the lake is up, you will be able to have a lakeview. When the lake levels are low, there will be a limited or no water view. You will still be able to access the cove a block away or visit the scenic resident’s parks. Living room features comfortable seating, a workspace, and flat screen smart TV equipped with Cable and access to over 250 channels .Kitchen features all the cookware and amenities you need to cook delicious meals! The kitchen recently underwent a FULL REMODEL. If you prefer, you can grill a steak on the outdoor electric grill or charcoal grill on the lower patio!
