The Comforts of Home - Beach Getaway: With the beach access across the street, the beach awaits you. 5 rocking chairs on the front porch are there for your pleasure. Peeks of the ocean from the front porch, master bed room, other bedroom and living room. Peek of the canal to the Intercoastal waterway is from back porch, dining room and a bedroom.We began renting in the Summer of 2010 after major renovations to include updated sleeper sofa, love seat and chair which provide a comfortable spot for you to watch TV with a blu ray DVD or enjoy family time. All weather proof windows and blinds have been installed, Barbour carpet throughout the house except for bathrooms, dining area and kitchen where Italian tile has been laid. Counter tops in both bathrooms now have been changed to beautiful granite. The Wet Bar area also now has gorgeous granite from Brazil as well. Appliances in the kitchen are Stainless Steel Kenmore or GE units (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, cookware and small appliances included. The Master bedroom has a king size bed (2016) with a flat screen, TV, blu ray DVD and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has queen size bed (2017), trundle twin bed (2016), TV and blu ray DVD . The third bedroom has a queen size bed (2017) with a TV and blu ray DVD . A picnic table sits on the back porch for your enjoyment. Ceiling fans have been installed in every bedroom and the living room and each bedroom has a separate fan. There is a small entertainment center with a small stereo system and a host of various table games for your enjoyment. Outside, we have 6 beach chairs, a charcoal grill, 8 stackable chairs, 4 small side tables and rocking chairs with table in the small separate carport area. We also have 5 outdoor rocking chairs and 3 small side tables on the front porch and 2 rocking chairs and table on the back porch along with 2 convert-a-benches picnic table. We also have an outdoor enclose shower with hot water.A quaint and charming island, without crowds or flashing lights, Holden Beach is a beach lover's dream! With a covered back porch, you can still sit out there during a light to moderate rain without getting wet! The Crow's Nest is no longer available to access. New in 2023, the Guest bath has been remodeled, and new carpet in the bedrooms! Relax on the covered back porch overlooking the canal. In the hot afternoons, there is an outdoor living space under the home complete with a sectional sofa, coffee table, chairs, and a picnic table. Inside the home offers 3 Bedrooms (all with Queen beds), a portacrib for the small ones, 2 full Baths, Well stocked kitchen with a couple of bar stools.
