Once you park your car, you can literally walk everywhere.The top floor suite has 5 bedrooms, a huge great room with kitchen, a large screened in porch, sunroom, a rooftop deck with ocean views and sleeps 12 people. The two first floor suites each have three bedrooms, a great room and a kitchen, 2 full baths and sleep 8 people each. There is a pool table with ping pong top. In addition, we have an elevator which can be used to transport luggage and groceries to the 1st and 2nd floor.
