"Not Worth the Price – Disappointing Stay at a “5-Star” Hotel
I recently stayed at Bellagio hotel expecting a luxurious, top-tier experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations.
For the premium price I paid, I anticipated spotless rooms, impeccable service, and a relaxing environment. Instead, I found very old and stained towel , stained bed linens, and a musty smell in the room that clearly hadn’t been aired out properly– completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming five stars. Also be careful with room’s mini bar, besides the fact that it is ridiculously expensive you get charged just for touching and moving stuff.
The amenities were average at best, and some, like the spa and fitness center, required renovations.
Overall, this hotel is grossly overpriced for the quality it delivers. I’ve had better experiences at 3-star properties for a fraction of the cost. Save your money and look elsewhere – this place is living off its reputation, not its current standards."
