Niagara Falls is just an hour’s drive away as is famous Letchworth State Park known as “The Grand Canyon of the East”. The large sofa sits right in front of the new wood stove and offers perfect sleeping for an additional guest.The cottage has two bedrooms, the first offers a double bed, and the second has two twin beds. The bathroom has tub/shower combo and a separate heating unit for chilly mornings.Bed linens, towels, and WiFi are all included in your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everyday equipment, pots/pans, and utensils. There is a propane grill on the back deck. Lobster pots and burner are available upon request. NYS Boat launch and beach access is a short walk away. Kitchen stocked with items that make meals easy as home. Kitchen opens to spacious dining/ living room, has enclosed sun porch to enjoy sunsets. Two-tiered porch with upper porch accessible from master bedroom. Downstairs bathroom has shower, and upstairs bathroom features clawfoot tub. Cottage was built in the 1880's which has all of the features of a quaint and authentic place to stay. It has the original staircase and structure. Three of the upstairs bedrooms are adjoined (as was a common thing when this cottage was built). Keep in mind, this means that there is no central heat or air conditioning.
