"The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the airport is always the highlight for this hotel. The breakfast was perfect too with a wide range of options and the most polite and accommodating staff at the restaurant area! The room wasn’t very clean but it is spacious."

"It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable."

"Excellent location at 15 minutes from the airport was for me when I arrived and the next day they took me back to the airport without any contrary Many dinner options around And the very clean and comfortable place!"

"Excellent hotel, modern room, spacious and very clean. The bed is fantastic huge and super comfortable, a dream. The swimming pool is very large and super pleasant. The buffet breakfast is very very good. The bar is very pleasant but the big plus is the professional, friendly, super efficient, attentive staff, a real five-star service. Well done. 🤩"

"The staff was responsive when I made requests (none were unreasonable or outrageous). Room had a refrigerator, safe, iron and good storage. The furniture was comfortable. I’ve come to Panama City 4 times in the last 6 months. It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed in or the worst at the same price range. Everything has benefits or detriments. It just depends on what you like. It is in the El Congrejo area but only a block away from the busiest section so it is not loud while still being convenient."

"The hotel location is very close to the Huawei Panama office, 200 meters walk, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the catering is good, the service staff is very professional, but also help me a little while walking, the trip is very pleasant. Of course, dining at the restaurant next to the hotel is also good."

"My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues."
