"Sheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)"

"It is only a 5-minute walk from the station, and it is very convenient to take the Shinkansen, ordinary trains or buses. It is also only a 20-minute walk to the core attraction of the city center, Futarasan Shrine. However, there are two custom shops nearby, so minors should avoid them."

"Hotel location is ideal, just 5 mins walk on the connecting bridge over from train station. It seemed not crowded when we checked in, and realised it’s next to their convention center so reckon the hotel is catered for business travelers.
But it’s very convenient and it’s linked to a mall next door, readily with eateries and supermarket, shops.
Hotel breakfast is so-so, variety is not that much and taste is average."

"Stayed with three elementary school children and couples. The tension of the child rises in the loft style!
Adults slept in a loft bed, but it was not narrow and ok.
It was a stay without breakfast, but the breakfast that other guests were eating looked delicious. I thought it would be good to have breakfast next time.
There was a ramen shop nearby and it was delicious."

MMINORUI stayed here because it was close to my destination. It was a little more expensive than hotels near the station, but it was a new hotel, so it was very clean, spacious, and had good facilities. The breakfast area was also spacious and comfortable. I stayed for multiple nights, and the menu changed. The entrance and exit are a little narrow, so you need to be careful.
The newspaper and coffee service were also appreciated.
There are not many washing areas in the women's bath, so you will need to adjust your schedule accordingly.

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night in a capsule cabin. It is the best for hot spring lovers because you can use a large bath for 24 hours (9 〜 10 am not available for cleaning). However, holidays and so on are crowded, so you may feel less 々 stress. The capsule cabin has a TV and outlet, and it's okay if you just sleep. However, it is recommended to use an earplug in the cabin because it is a little concerned about the sound of other people's in and out and out and the sound of the air cleaner.

Mmikimiki0309This is my second time at Super Hotel. I stayed at the one in Shizuoka before, and the interior is the same. Not having to carry a card key is a plus, but people who aren't used to entering a PIN code will be surprised. The large public bath was surprisingly crowded, with three people occupying the washing area, four people waiting in the bathtub, and people waiting in line for the changing room and the lockers, so it was very crowded and I couldn't relax. I wish they could improve that. Other than that, I think the quality is satisfactory for the price.

AAlly2023Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.
